Broken Generation (Sequel to Don't Go)

Chapter 1

I entered the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror. I was a fucking disaster. I felt so much disgust towards myself. I turned on the shower and started stripping. After I was done I quickly dried my hair and changed. I checked myself once more in the mirror to see if I was acceptable to go outside. I took a deep breath and walked out of my room to find Nicholls in the living room waiting for me.

"C'mon let's go already before I'm able to somehow change my mind." I told him. He nodded and we entered into his car. He turned on the radio and the music started to play. In a matter of about half an hour we arrived in front of Josh's house. I started to mentally panic and I felt like I couldn't open the door.

"You can do it. Oli, I believe in you." He told me. He was right. I could do this. I had to talk to her. I got out of the car and moved towards the house thinking what I was going to tell her.

"So don't even try to leave me alone. Cause I love you. You are the reason I still fight." I said softly to the door pretending it was Nicole. It was true, the only reason I was still trying to fight and make it all ok was her. I loved her so much. I took a deep breath and knocked on the door. Those few seconds of silence and then I heard a noise.

"Come in, it's open." A voice said. I was right away able to associate it with Josh's. I can do this. I'm going to enter the door and talk to Nicole for once as a calm and normal human being. Even if she would start screaming to my face and go crazy I must remain calm. I can't let the anger take control of me. I came here to fix everything. I entered into the house and closed the door. I started walking and I heard Josh speak again.

"Who is it?" He asked.

"It's me." I said calmly as I entered the living room where he was. He immediately shot his head toward my direction and I could see him go from surprised to pissed off in less than a second.

"YOU! WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU HERE?!" He started screaming in a menacing tone and quickly got closer to me. Oli, stay calm. You are here to talk to Nicole, not get in a fight with Josh.

"Please, don't kill me. I came here because I wanted to talk to Nicole." I said to him. It seemed like the phrase I just spoke out made a little tic in him and went completely crazy.

"ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?! YOU WANT TO TALK TO NICOLE NOW?! YOU'RE A LITTLE GODDAMN LATE SYKES! IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT! YOU DESERVE TO ROT IN HELL!" Josh started yelling and punch me right in the face. I tumbled back and fell to the ground. I started to be confused. All my fault? Maybe because she was a wreck or something? Well, then yes. It was all my fault.

"I know Josh. I'm sorry about what I have fucking done. I know I deserve to rot in hell. But please, I just want to talk to her, even if it's for one last time. I just want to speak to her and then neither you or Nicole have to see my face ever again." I said calmly but slightly scared of what Josh would be able do to me.

"TALK TO HER? YOU GOT TO BE OUT OF YOUR FUCKING MIND! IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT IF SHE DID IT! SHE DID IT BECAUSE OF YOU! YOU MADE HER FUCKING DO IT YOU ASSHOLE!!!" Josh continued to yell at my face. She did it? What did she do? I made her do it? Please tell me it's nothing too bad.

"Josh, I'm sorry. I don't know how many fucking times I have to tell you. I'm so fucking sorry, but I love her with all my heart. What did she do? Please tell me. What did I make her do?" I asked him trying to be as stable and calm as possible.

"OH I WILL SHOW YOU WHAT YOU MADE HER DO!" He screamed and stormed away. I didn't know if I was supposed to follow him or just wait for him to come back. I just stood up and waiting for him. After a few seconds he stormed back in with something in his hand. It looked like... a paper?
