Chapter - 18

Raghav was standing in his living room...he
was hell shocked... he again murmured
"Nandini ..kese zinda ho sakti hai.."...this
time ...his anger was at peak..and he threw
all things placed on the table...he literally
shouted.. "How can she be alive...damn
it..."...he went to the bar counter and grab
the wine bottle and threw it in anger...the
glass pieces were scattered all over the
floor...
Raghav : "they are celebrating her come
back..i won't let them in peace...nooo"...he
shouted in full anguish..
He called someone and shouted "You
fool...she is alive..zinda kese bach gai woh..."
Raghav : "what do you mean by ..you don't
know??"...
Raghav : "ohhh..cut your crap..."..he said
irritatingly to the person..."i asked you to
keep an eye on her...how she escaped from
MENTAL ASYLUM..and you didn't even let
me know...have you lost it..."...he again
shouted...
Raghav : "don't you dare to give me your
lame excuses...keep it up to you...you are
good for nothing...mujhe he kuch karna
hoga..mai us Manik ko khush nhi rehna de
sakta..."...and he cut the call in anger and
threw his phone away..
Raghav : "MANIK MALHOTRA..LET'S END
THIS HIDE N SEEK..HERE I COME
NOW..."...he said with anger filled eyes with
a evil smirk on his face...
AAHANA'S HOUSE :
All of them were sitting in the living
area...MaNan as always in each other's
arm..they all were smiling and talking..seems
like the old good days are back in their
lives..MaNan were in their own
world...Nandini was in manik's arm..holding
him tight from his waist and he wrapped his
arm around her ...his one hand was on her
back ..while other was playing with
nandini's fingers...both were smiling
..oblivious of their surroundings..Manik
thought to tease her..so he slowly moved his
head to her back and kissed her nape..and
she was startled with the sudden kiss..she
showed him eyes but Manik being
Manik..was not in a mood to listen..he then
start tracing her leg with his feet..as she was
wearing a capri...her whole body was
shivering with his touch and he was only
smiling...
Nandini : "Manik..kya karhe ho..sab
hai.."..she whispered in his ears..
Manik : "so????"..he raised his eyebrow and
then smiled wickedly "ohhh..so you want all
this ..when we are ALOOONEEE"..he
stretched the word to tease her..and she hide
her face in his chest being shy..
Nandini : "stop it ..manik.."..she said with a
sweet smile..
Manik : whispered in her ears "Abhi start he
kahan kiya hai maine..."...Now this was
it..she was totally red ..and he enjoyed very
bit of it..they both had craved for these
moments...they both had died thousands
death every second ..without each
other..now..every second they want to feel
alive..and this is possible..only when they
will be in each other's arms..
Manik : "wese ..i don't mind..we can
continue..which we left in the
night...ummm...u know..what i mean.."...he
smiled while looking at her..she moved up
from his chest and gave a punch in his
stomach..and he instead of saying
"ouch"..giggled...
Manik : "tumne he toh kaha tha..am
desperate...toh...i was ..just thinking..to show
my..DESPERATION..."..he winked at her...and
start moving his finger on her back..she was
wearing a backless top...so his fingers were
doing magic..she closed her eyes and again
said "manikk plzzz"...there trance broke by
Cabir's voice of clearing his throat..
Cabir : "ahem! ahem!...guys garmi bahut
nahi hai aaj..."..he said while looking at
MaNan and then at others..Nandini quickly
moved out of Manik's arm and about to get
up bu t Manik hold her hand as soon as she moved out
..and with his eyes said "NO"..and she also sit back..
Mukti : "pagal ho gaya hai kya..shimla mei
garmi??.."..she asked looking at him in confusion..
Cabir : just smiled and then continued looking at MaNan
"abb..jab ..itna HOT SCENE chal raha ho..toh hotness
toh baregi na ..temperature mei..."..Nandini start
looking here and there and Manik gave a deadly glare to
him..while other understood everything...they also
smiled..
Manik : "Cabir..mujhe esa lag raha hai..tune Nandini ki
baat ko jyada seriously le liya ..she said you not to
change..but she didn't said you to continue your p.j's
..which are worse than ever..."...he said with a fake
smile ...
Cabir stood up and came towards Manik..and said "shift
ho.."..manik looked at him in confusion and Cabir
continued "are shift ho ja..ab teri godh mai toh
nahi baithunga na..woh toh Nandini ki place
hai..but couch pe toh baith sakta hoon..shift
ho chal..."..manik just rolled his eyes
upwards and get shifted towards nandini's
side more..and put his hand on her
shoulder...she was all the time avoiding
other's gaze..who were busy in adoring the
scenario...
Cabir : after settled down ..put his hand on
Manik's shoulder "woh kya hai na..Mr. JOGI
MANIK MALHOTRA...yeh mera kaam
hai..logo ko apne aas paas ke situation se
waakif karana..ab mujhe koi shauk nhi
hai..to ruin someone's private moment..but
publicly private moment share karoge to
..mere so called p.j toh jhelne
parenge..."...and he giggled..Manik gave him
a deadly glare..picked the cushion from
nandini's back secretly..
Manik : "acha ..aesa hai kya ..abhi batata hu
tujhe..ruk tu.."..he said firstly nodding his
head in "yes" gesture and then start running
behind him in all the house..while Cabir run
to save his life...
Everyone was laughing badly..seeing all
this..while nandini was busy in adoring the
duo..Navya found Nandini looking at them
with utmost love..she came near nandini and
sat down beside her..she put her hand on her
shoulder from back..and nandini turned to
see..
Navya : "tumhe pata hai..hum
Manik..Cabir..aur in sabko ..ese ..pure 2 saal
baad dekh rahe hai..sach kahe..nandu ...toh
tumhare jaane ke baad realize hua..ki tum is
family ki jaan ho...tumhare bina sirf manik
he nahi..hum sab adhure hai.."...she said
while looking at all of them ...who were
laughing..while Manik was chasing
Cabir...Nandini again looked at all of
them..and hugged navya ..while sitting..they
both hugged..with cheek touching with each
other..
After sometime..they all were sitting and laughing at
some random topic..just then Manik's phone start
ringing..Nandini smiled broadly after listening the
ringtone..it was "HASI BAN GAYYE..HANNN NAMI BAN
GAYE.." ..in nandini's voice..he also gave her a
smile..and he answered the call..it was Nyonika..
Manik : "hey mom..what's up.."...he said
happily..the happiness and peace in his voice
which was missing from 2 years ..was
back..and it wasn't gone un noticed by
Nyonika..
Nyonika : "wooohooo..my son..seems to be
fine or i can say..more than fine.."..she said with a big
smile..
Manik : "yes mom..am absolutely fine .."..he
said while looking at Nandini ..who was
smiling at him while talking to others..
Nyonika : "kuch hua hai kya..did i miss
something?.."..she said with a smile..
Manik : "ummm..Mom..apke liye ek surprise
hai.."..he said..while nandini came towards
him..as he was standing in the corner..and
he put his hand on her shoulder..wrapping
her close to him..
Nyonika : "really?...fir toh yeh surprise
mujhe abhi dekhna hai..come back na.."
Manik :"han mom..we are coming
back..soon..promise.."..he said while looking
in Nandini's eyes..
Nyonika : "I will be waiting..take care son..i
love you.."
Manik : "love you too mom.."..and he kissed
Nandini's cheek..she just smiled..and he cut
the call...
Nandini : after locking her hands around his
neck..while he locked his hands around her
waist..she said "Manik..let's go out
...please.."..she said smilingly..
Manik : "but..nandini.."..he said with a
unknown fear..and she understood..
Nandini : "till the time am with you..am
safe..please manik..let's go.."..she said with a
babyish face..
Manik : he yanked her more closer "anything
for my princess..."..he said while brushing
his nose tip with her's..
Nandini : "you know what Manik..jab bhi
tum mujhe princess bolte ho na..i really feel
like princess..you know why.."...he raised his
eyebrow and gestured " WHY?"...she
continued with a smile "because you are my
prince..my monster prince..."..she chuckled...
Manik : "fir toh ..being your prince..am
always at your service..princess
nandini.."..he touched her forehead with
his..and continued "now..you better go..and
get ready..before your prince..turn to be
your very own monster malhotra..and you
better know..what are the CONSEQUENCES
of been with a monster..."..he winked at her
and she playfully hit his shoulder and she
left with a smile..while..he just smiled
widely..pressing his lower lip with his teeth...
Manik : "i just love her..i really missed
her..actually..miss is a very small word..she
is my soul..without her..am just
nothing..nothing..."..he said to himself with a
smile...
Manik then informed all..to get ready..as
they all are going out..everyone likes the
idea..but they were tense too..but this
time..they will face everything..holding each
other's hand..everyone was sitting in the car
and just then Manik realizes he left his
phone inside...so he got in to fetch it..
INSIDE THE HOUSE :
Somebody was inside the house..and found
Manik's phone on the table in living
area..the person picked up the cell..and there
was a message..the person checked it..it
says..."MR.MALHOTRA GOING OUTSIDE
WITH YOUR NANDINI...NOT FARE..YOU SO
EASILY FORGOT THAT MISHAP..NO
WORRY..COME OUT OF YOUR SHELL..AND I
WILL SNATCH YOUR NANDINI..BUT THIS
TIME FOREVER.."...the person read the whole
message and deleted it...just then Manik
arrived inside..but found no one..he finds
his phone on the table..and grabbed it..and
left out...
SHOPPING MALL :
As soon as fab-5 entered the mall..they got
surrounded by many peoples..after a lot of
struggle..and with the help of mall
security..they all went inside..and cabir ran
upto the stage as already some act was going
on there..so he quickly grabbed a mike..and
asked all the people of mall..to be
patient..and they will meet ..but right
now..they want some private time..it's their
family time..so not to ruin it..his voice was
so calm..so everyone agreed to him..and gave
them their space..after fab-5 are also human
beings..
Everyone was busy in buying
clothes..accessories..while MaNan were just
roaming in the shops holding hands..just
then Nandini saw a beautiful wrist watch..for
men..she quickly dragged manik there..
Nandini : "manik..see..it's so beautiful
na.,."..she said looking at the watch..while
Manik was busy in admiring her smiling
face..
Manik : "not more than you.."..he
smiled..while the sales man also smiled at
both of them..
Nandini : showed him eyes "manik.."..
Manik : "woohooo..am scared"..he raised
booth his hands and make his eyes in a
round shape...she again glared at him
.."okay..baba..yes..this na..ofcouse it's
beautiful"..then he looked at watch
carefully..
Manik : "don't you think..nandini..yeh girlish
nahi hai..i mean ..yeh thodi men type nahi
hai.."..he said while looking at
watch..nandini chuckled at his statement and
put her palm on his one cheek and said..
Nandini : "Manik..yeh men's watch he
hai..aur maine tumhare liye choose ki
hai..now..give me your wallet..mujhe
payment karni hai.."..
Manik : was astonished and gave her the wallet
while murmured under his breath "TYPICAL
GIRLFRIEND"..and then smile at his own statement..
Nandini : she turned around to him and said "Kuch kaha
tumne.."..he nodded a no..and she hold his hand and
said "then let's go.."
They both reached to others and Cabir told Manik..how
the owner of mall..had came and requested them to
perform as it's 25th anniversary of the mall..firstly
manik denied..but then on Nandini's insistence ..he
agreed to it..
They all take their place on the stage..and was all set to
put the stage on fire..crowd was cheering for
them..they were in the center of mall and mall was fully
crowded ..nandini,navya.abhi.aahana and ayaan was
standing right in front of them..as per Manik's strict
orders nandini was just standing in front of manik's
eyes..
Soon whole mall was echoing with a
marvellous voice and music..

shining brightly..she was smiling to the

gesture..)

remembered those dreadful 2 years ..which

He saw nandini was not there in front of
him...he was baffled..terrified..he look here n
there..and shouted at
peak..."NANDIIINIII"...whole mall was
echoing with his shout...everyone else was
also shocked..when they saw nandini is
missing...
OUTSIDE THE MALL :
Some goons were taking Nandini away..her
face was covered with black cloth and her
hands were tied at her back with a rope..they
made her sit in the van..and drove away...
ISOLATED PLACE :
Goons brought her to the place..where
Raghav was already waiting for them...they
made her sit on the chair..and tied both her
hands again ...bit this time with a chair..they
were about to remove the black cloth from
her face..but Raghav said no..and he himself
covered his face with a black cloth and asked
the goons..to move a side..he came towards
nandini..and bend down a little and looked
at her..she tilted her face to the left..as she
can feel..he is very close to her face..
Raghav : "so miss nandini murthy..welcome
back to hell..hahahahahahaha"...he
laugh..that was a devilish laugh..
Nandini was scared...
Raghav : "this time..i won't leave you
alive..i'll make sure..u die..right here..right in
front of me..."...he again laughed..and whole
place echoed with his evil grin...
