Due Date Part One

Three months later

One morning Penelope woke up and got ready for work. The baby would be due any minute. She thought that he was coming last week. She took the tube to the hospital, calling ahead of course. 

It turned out to be a false alarm. This bummed Penelope out as she was hoping to get it over with, but she would have to go to work. Which she was starting to today. She got up, showered, and drove herself to work since the studio was across town. She arrived in the hair and make up trailer, ate her breakfast and then went to set with coffee and did the scene. 

They broke for lunch hours later. Penelope was with her cast mates, laughing and gossiping just for the fun of it. Pen didn't like it much anymore, but she would just listen. Soon, she felt pain. "Not again." She breathed through it and it went away.

She went back into set and did more scenes and when the director yelled cut, he walked over to her. "Penelope are you okay?" 

Penelope looked confused, "Yes, why?"

"Because there's a pool of water undernethe you."

Penelope looked down. "I think my water just broke." 

"I'll have someone call an ambulance.." 

Penelope then sat down in the nearest chair and did her breathing.
