You smiled as you walked down the hall, listening to the four kids behind you chat about random things.

"Artie's trying to get me to believe that unicorns exist, again." "W-well maybe they d-do exist?" "Don't-a be so stupid-a, idiota. Of course-a they don't-a exist." "Well, I-a think they might-a exist... Like the-a tomato box-a fairy!"

You snickered a bit at their conversation and continued walking down the hall, stopping in front of a closet. Before you had a chance to open the door, you felt someone tug on the fabric of your shirt.

"Yes?" you answered, turning to see Alfred holding the bottom of your shirt and looking up at you.

"What do you think, Miss (Name)?" he asked curiously.

"What, about the unicorn thing?" you replied, seeing all four of them nod, "Well, there's certainly a chance they exist. I'm not giving you four a definite answer though."

You saw them all frown and smiled a bit, before finally twisting the knob of the door and peeking in. The closet was big and dark, and you couldn't find the wall switch to turn the light on.

"Feliciano, Lovino, can you two help me look around in here?" you asked the two Italians.

"Oh, si!" "Sure, why-a not?"

They followed you into the closet, and searched the right side while you searched the left. You peeked behind a few empty cardboard boxes, but jumped when you heard a yell yell rip through the house.

"Kyaaa!"

'Feli?' you thought, your eyes widening as you walked around the boxes.

At first, all you could see were the two Italians huddled together on the floor hugging each other... They looked terrified for some reason.

... Then you noticed the small Russian child sitting on top of a stack of boxes, staring the two brothers down.

"Ivan, what are you doing?" you laughed, helping him get down from the boxes.

"I was hiding. That is how this game goes, da?" he asked, tilting his head to the side.

"Yes, that's the objective, but there is normally no scaring the other players. Besides, how'd you even get up there in the first place?" you said, raising an eyebrow.

"It's a secret~" he whispered, then grinned and walked out of the closet.

You smiled, and poked the two Italians, holding back a giggle when they both jumped in response. "C'mon you two, I got the Russian down so you guys are alright now." you sighed, ushering them out of the closet.

"Alright! Know we've got three more people to find! Let's go, people!" Alfred exclaimed. He ran off down the hall, but tripped over his own feet and was quiet for a moment, before letting out an audible "Ouch".

You merely chuckled as you followed him down the hall. You passed by your room, and noticed Matthew pause curiously by your door.

"Matthew, what is it?" you asked, turning on your heel to face him.

"Oh, n-nothing. I just t-thought I heard something c-come from this room." he replied softly, pointing at your door.

"But that's my room, why would someone hide in my room?" you muttered, walking back and placing your ear to the door.

You heard the patter of feet sprinting across the room, then a bump. 'What the...?' you thought, you eyebrows furrowing together.

You slowly pushed open the door, and noticed a small rose placed in front of the door.

"Francis..." you sou mumbled, picking up the rose and placing it on top of your drawer, "I know you're in here, Francis. Go ahead and come out."

You could've sworn you heard a quiet 'Ohohohon', before a familiar voice said, "You'll 'ave to find me,  madame~"

You groaned a bit, but went directly to the bed. You knelt down and looked underneath it, and sure enough, the mischievous little blonde was hiding there.

"Francis, out of my room, now." you demanded.

"Oh, mon cher, don't be like that. I was just playing around." he grinned, crawling out from underneath the bed.

"Yeah, yeah, I know. Also, where'd you get the rose from?" you asked, but before he could reply, you quickly said, "Actually, I don't even want to know."

"So who do we have left" you asked as you and Francis walked out.

"Um, I'm-a pretty sure it's-a just Kiku and-a Ludwig now." Feliciano answered.

"Alright." you smiled.

{Mine Timeskip}

"Ah, where are they?" you groaned, leaning against the wall, only to see all the kids just shrug their shoulders.

"Have you tried looking in the study yet, Miss (name)?" a voice asked.

You turned to your right and saw Arthur stood there, wearing his cloak again and holding a European history book.

"Wait, study? Oh, you mean my office... Wait, how do you know about my office?" you asked.

"I was just there. I was looking for a book to read." he replied, shrugging his shoulders.

"Ahh, alright." you nodded, then made a mad sprint across the hall.

You ran into the study and nearly bust the door down.

"You seem excited." Ivan laughed, once he and the rest of the chibis caught up to you.

"Yeah, I really just want to finish the game." you smirked.

You noticed a bit of blonde hair sticking up behind your desk, and walked around to see Ludwig kneeling there.

"Found you~" you chuckled, helping him stand up.

"It took you a while..." he muttered.

"Yeah, I know... Hey, you got any idea where Kiku is?" you asked, looking around the room.

Ludwig merely pointed at you drawers, and you stared at the curiously, before your eyes widened.

"Noo..." you groaned, walking over and pulling open the doors, "My pocky stash...."

Kiku sat in the drawer, chewing on a piece of chocolate pocky.

"Kiku, how could you?~" you asked solemnly, sinking to the floor.

"Oh, gomen, (name)-san. I just courdn't herp myserf." he apologized, closing the box and getting out of the drawer.

"It's alright, Kiku. Just... go tell everyone the game's over..." you sighed.

"Hai." he nodded, shuffling out of the room along with Ludwig.
