Chapter 6

TESS POV:

School is finally over for today and I'm sitting next to Mason, us both watching Jules and Alec talk together, while we are hanging out at a cafe.

I lean over towards Mason and whisper to him, "When do you think they will notice we are still here." 

He whispers back, "Who knows, at least we got to have a conversation with them before they got caught up in talking between themselves and basically forget we are even here."

"Ahem," I cough, and Jules and Alec turn around and look at me and Mason.

"Oh, I forgot you two- oh - um- sorry you guys, but I did warn you two," Alec says, chuckling nervously.

"It's alright Alec, we all still had fun, hey, I'll go hangout with Mason the rest of our hangout time was supposed to be, and you two can hangout yourselves, we'll see you two at school tomorrow," I say, getting up and leaving with Mason while waving goodbye to Alec and Jules, and I go and hangout with Mason at a park.

ALYSSA POV:

"Another day, another couple hours of modeling," I say with a sigh, while changing into a white crop top, cargo pants with a belt, and putting on a light blue zip up jacket, but I keep it unzipped, and some sneakers.

"Come and sit over here," I hear my mother say, as she helps me put my hair into a half up, half down hairstyle with a bun, as well as help me put some light makeup on.

"is the star model ready for her photo shoot?" I hear my father say, as he brings me over to take pictures.

"Yes dad," I say following him, "Hey can you be photographer for the Senior wintertime dance?" I ask hoping he will say yes. 

"Of course sweetie," He replies, us reaching where it is to take pictures, " Now do some poses and then we will get you a different outfit and teach you some new poses to do with that outfit."

I go and do some poses and hold them as my father takes pictures, and we soon finish that, to then move on to the next outfit to model in.

CONNOR POV:

'𝘈𝘭𝘺𝘴𝘴𝘢 𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘶𝘴𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺 𝘴𝘰 𝘐 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘪𝘵 𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘰 𝘰𝘯 𝘢 𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘎𝘢𝘣𝘣𝘪𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘦, 𝘐'𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘯 𝘈𝘭𝘺𝘴𝘴𝘢 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘩𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘸, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘤𝘭𝘶𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴.'

"Babe," Gabbie says, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"What's up," I answer back.

"We've been walking for a while, let's go to that cafe over there," Gabbie says pointing with one hand, her other one holding mine.

"Alright let's go," I say, walking with her towards and into the cafe.

As me and Gabbie are ordering what we want, I notice Jules and Alec sitting at a table, so I let go of Gabbie's hand to not raise suspicion if they notice me with her there/here at all.

"Here you go," The worker at the cafe says, handing me and Gabbie out drinks, and we both take them and then leave the cafe.

ALEC POV:

Not too long after Tess and Macon left, I'm just listening to Jules talk when I can't help but notice two certain people walk in, Connor and Gabbie...together?

"Hey JJ look.." I say to Jules, pointing at Connie and Gabbie.

"He wouldn't do that to Alyssa...would he?" Jules says turning back around to look at me.

"I'm not sure...let's not say anything until we're sure," I respond, but can't help but notice Connor's hand slowly move away from Gabbie's,'𝘞𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺...𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴...?'

Me and Jules then watch them leave together.

"Let's keep an eye on them and him, but for now, let's just enjoy the rest of our time together," I say turned back, facing Jules.

"Agreed," he says with a serious tone, but then having a warm smile on his face.

'𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘣𝘰𝘺 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘴... 𝘰𝘳 𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘣𝘪𝘨 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘦...'
