She was far from home, finding a safe spot beneath a tree in the park. Her dark blue hair stood out against her pale skin, and her light eyes revealed how upset she was. Hinata had just argued with her father, Hiashi, and needed to take a walk to clear her head.

The argument echoed in her mind, each word a painful reminder. She closed her eyes, searching for peace in the gentle rustling of the leaves above, but the heaviness of her father's disappointment lingered, pressing down on her chest.

Maybe, she thought, if I walk far enough, I can leave the hurt behind.

Hinata couldn't shake her father's harsh words. They echoed in her mind, each syllable a fresh wound.

"You're a disappointment! Why can't you be of any use to the Hyuga clan?"
A single tear traced a path down her cheek. She'd heard far worse-and much more brutal-insults in the past, but from her father, it felt like the words pierced her like a thousand blades.

Hinata sat huddled beneath the tree, her head buried in her knees. Her body trembled with silent sobs. The leaves rustled softly, and a gentle breeze whispered through her dark blue hair. Suddenly, she realized it was 9:00 PM. Her father, Hiashi, had always insisted she be home before then for family dinner. But after their argument, Hinata had stubbornly decided to stay in the park.

It was nearly 11:30 PM-hours after sunset-and the thought of the hour-long walk ahead filled Hinata with dread. She attempted to stand, but her legs, cramped from being tucked in the same position for so long, were now numb. She tried again and again, but her legs kept failing her until she finally gave up and collapsed back onto the ground beneath the tree, overwhelmed by her life and its growing problems.

The park was strangely peaceful-the gentle whoosh of the wind and the soft rustling of the leaves surrounding her. Hinata fought to keep her eyes open, aware of the dangers of sleeping alone outdoors, far from home and with no one knowing where she was. Despite her best efforts, sleepiness pulled at her like a tide. Her eyelids fluttered, and before she knew it, Hinata had fallen fast asleep beneath the towering tree.

not knowing what was soon to happen, or how that night would change everything.
