8. What the most supportive thing anyone has said to you about self harm?
I was talking with a coworker of mine and she said not to take things a day at a time. Start small. Ten minuets, twenty minuets, to thirty minutes. Focus on that one block that you're standing on. Ignore the rest and once you're ready, step onto the next block
