(Kianna's POV)

"W-what??" I asked Tita for confirmation

"Yes, ija. You heard it right. No cheer leading for you for two weeks." pakokonpirma nito

Natigilan ako. What she's asking me is impossible! Napaka impossible! Dalawang linggo?! Dalawang linggo?! Is she crazy?! Two weeks?! Two weeks is too damn long!

"Pero Tit--"

"Blake dear, pagsabihan mo nga tong best friend mo. Kanina ko pa pinauulit ulit ang pagpapaalala ko sa kanya" sabi ule ni Tita at marahan ko namang tiningnan si Blake. Itinaas ni Blake ang dalawang kamay na parang inaaresto siya at tsaka ngumisi

No. This can NOT happen. Hindi ako basta basta papayag na patigilin akong mag cheer ng dalawang linggo!

"Don't stare at me like that, best. You heard what mom said, no cheer leading for you for two weeks." he said.

Napahilamos naman ako sa muhka habang nakaupo sa mahabang puting kama.

Tita Rachelle or the doctor who checked me up, is Blake's mom. Dinala ako dito ni Blake sa hospital kung saan nag t-trabaho ang Mama niya. Swerte nalang namin na break time niya ngayon kaya naisingit niya kami sa schedule niya. She treats me like her own daughter and I treat her like my second mother. Spoiled na spoiled ren ako sa kanya at sa asawa niyang si Tito Kendell but it seems to me, na wala akong lusot sa lagay ko ngayon.

May laban pa ba ako kay Tita? Just having Blake nagging and watching my back is too much, (or not) but pag sila ng dalawa ni Tita? Talo na ako. Kapag sinabing hindi, hindi.

But then again, I'm their beloved spoiled girl. I'm Kianna Jane Sandoval and I don't give up without a fight.

"Pero naman kasi Tita ehh.. Kahit one week nalang, wag two weeks" unos ko.

She let out a sigh at tsaka nilagay ang parehas na kamay niya sa loob ng mga bulsa ng kanyang white coat. She sat beside me and started to run her palms on my hair

"Kianna, baby girl, you need to take care of that twisted ankle of yours. When I say two weeks, edi two weeks. I can't change that even if I wanted to, dear. Mas mapapatagal ang recovery mo kapag ginawa kong one week at pipilitin mong mag cheering ule or even worse, mas lumala yung twisted ankle mo to the point na kailangan mong mag surgery. Now, do you want that to happen?" she explained in a very motherly tone. Napabuntong hininga ako as a sign of surrender

"Okay.." I said like a little kid tired of whining.

"Now Blake," sabi ni Tita Rachelle at tumingin sa panganay niya, "Take care of our Kianna okay?! Nagpaprescribe ako ng pain killers and you can get it don sa pharmacy sa first floor." she told Blake at tsaka pinaglipat lipat ang tingin sa aming dalawa ni Blake

"As much as possible wag pilitin gamitin ang paa kapag masakit. I'll stop by sa unit ni Kiannz on a weekend para icheck siya so, don't put your phones on silent or try to ignore me dahil tatawag ako or magtetext got it?" she told us at tsaka naman kami napatawa

Si Tita talaga. I can't help but smile. She treats me like I'm her daughter even if we're not blood related.

"Good. Now, if you guys would excuse me, my break is over and I have other patients to attend to." she said while heading to the door
