Her hearts on the floor
Shattered there in confusion
A reflection of love that promised to catch her
Was really an illusion
She looked into my eyes
Through the fragments of her shattered heart
Body tingling with lustful sensations
I shined bright tho it was dark
My lips breathed life & fear into her as if I had an Angels lungs
Her longing for affection right after her lovers rejection sending her spiraling into my direction

But the taste of reality like the truth slowly yet surely overwhelming
That though this is the day after
Nothing between her past & now would be the same
I like an angel with the care of a blessing yet the pleasure of sin
Enchanting her darkness with the sweet presence of twilight
My call for her serenading her yearning to touch resonating her backs arch
& the solar eclipse of her broken heart began to drift into the realm of the dark
& once again light shined where it seemed impossible to start
I became the doctor to her broken heart.
The temporary relief
