Soobin fell asleep fast.
He always did. Blanket wrapped like a burrito, mouth slightly open, one hand still on the controller.
Beomgyu stared at the ceiling.
Waited five minutes.
Ten.
Then slipped out of bed like muscle memory.
The hallway creaked under his socks. One step. Another. Breath held.
He didn't even knock.
Yeonjun's door opened like it was waiting for him.
"You're late," Yeonjun muttered, already sitting up in bed.
"Your brother sleeps like a rock," Beomgyu whispered, sliding in and closing the door behind him.
"Mm. Lucky us."
Beomgyu didn't have to ask. Yeonjun's hand was already in his hair, pulling him close.
This wasn't love.
They weren't even friends.
They bickered. They fought. They swore they hated each other.
But when the lights went out, when the house was quiet, when no one was looking—
they needed.
They kissed like punishment.
Touched like a dare.
And when Yeonjun left bruises—on his collarbone, his waist, his thighs—
Beomgyu never asked him to stop.
The next morning, Beomgyu yawned through breakfast, hoodie zipped up to his chin.
Soobin glanced over, chewing toast. "You look like death."
Beomgyu forced a smile. "Slept on the floor."
Yeonjun walked in, shirtless, coffee mug in hand, eyes sharp.
Beomgyu flinched.
Soobin didn't notice.
Yeonjun did.
He smirked into his mug. "Sleep well, Beomgyu?"
Beomgyu wanted to scream.
