Chapter 16 It was always you!!

Keifer's POV

I drove like a maniac but it's not my fault. I'm very scared about Keigan's condition. We reached home and quickly got out of the car. When we entered the house, everyone was tensed. Keiren was crying terribly. Jay quickly ran to him and wrapped him in her arms.

"Keigan's gonna be fine. Don't worry and please don't cry." She said to Keiren and wiped his tears. We went towards Keigan's room and it was locked from inside. He was crying so loudly that we were able to hear his sobs outside the room.

Jay calmly knocked on his door.

"Keigan, it's me Jayjay. I know no one understands what you are going through but trust me, I'm going through similar psychological conditions as you. Just open the door, I promise I'll listen to you." Jay said worriedly. The door opened and Keigan ran into Jay's arms. She hugged him tightly.

"I don't wanna hurt them Jay... I don't wanna hurt anyone but he wants to hurt you all. Jay, I can't control him." Keigan said started crying uncontrollably.

" I understand Keigan. I promise, I do understand. Let's just talk inside." Jay said and took Keigan inside. Me and Keiren followed them. Keigan sat on his bed and Jay sat on the table next to his bed.

"You know, there's something wrong with me too. Whenever......whenever I see blood, I lose myself and someone else takes over and hurts people mercilessly. I don't want to hurt people but I do,  like a crazy person." Jay said holding back her tears.

"But we will not give up Keigan. It's not your fault. You've suffered so much because of your father. It's his fault, not yours. We'll face your problem, together. Me, your Kuya and Keiren, we all are with you." Jay said and hugged Keigan. Tears started streaming down my face. We all were crying.

"Jayjay, please stay for the night." Keigan said.

"Keigan, I can't. My mom and aunt must be waiting for me."

"Please Jay, I'll talk to them. Please stay for me."

"Yeah, please Sister Jay. We miss our old times together. Please just stay for tonight." Keiren said and held Jay's hand.

" Okay, I'll stay for you. Let's have a fun night. Let me text Aries." She said and started typing on her phone.

"Let Keigan rest. You must be hungry. Come with me." I said to Jay and held her hand. She shook her hand gently but I didn't let go.

We sat on the dining table and I ordered my cook to make some brownies for us. Jay wasn't looking at me, she was just bowing her head down and looking at the table. I know she must be awkward. She's here after like two years.

I don't know but Keigan's condition is deteriorating day by day. He needs to see a therapist or psychiatrist but I can't do anything until he agrees to see one. I can't force him. It's all because of that monster, he scared Keigan, his whole childhood. He was just a kid. I failed as a big brother. I failed to protect my younger brother. I didn't notice but I started crying. I couldn't control my tears anymore.

"Keifer, don't cry please. You've to be strong for Keigan. Please don't give up. He'll be fine." She said but I didn't reply. I stood up from my chair and started going towards the CR. As I was going, I felt someone hugging me from behind.

"Please Keifer, don't you worry. Keigan will be fine. Don't cry. I'm here for him and...and for you." Jay said and I faced her. She wrapped her arms around me and hugged me tightly. I hugged her back more tightly and rested my chin on her shoulder.
