EPISODE 11

EXT. BUSAN – BEACHFRONT – NIGHT

The moon casts silver ripples across the water. Waves lap gently at the shore. The club's noise is long behind them now, replaced by the hush of the sea and the distant hum of city lights.

Lisa and Jennie walk barefoot along the cool sand, heels in hand, side by side in comfortable silence. Jennie's long coat flutters behind her, while Lisa walks with her jacket slung over one shoulder.

LISA
Can't believe we're going back soon.

JENNIE
I know.

LISA
The quiet won't last.

JENNIE
It never does.

They keep walking. The sea breeze tugs gently at Lisa's hair. Then—

JENNIE
Stop for a second.

Lisa does. Jennie steps closer. Then without a word, Jennie wraps her arms around Lisa from behind. A warm, grounding backhug. Lisa's eyes flutter shut.

JENNIE (softly)
I'm so happy being with you, Lili.

Lisa smiles, the sound of Jennie's voice against her shoulder making her chest ache in the best way. She turns slightly, but Jennie shifts—her hand reaching into her pocket.

And then she pulls something out.

A delicate ruby orb necklace, catching moonlight like fire in glass. The gem glows warm in her palm as she gently brings it around Lisa's neck and clasps it.

LISA (startled)
Jennie... what is this?

JENNIE (stepping around, facing her)
It's a Heart Orb. From my mother. It was hers... and now, it's yours.

LISA (softly, barely breathing)
Jennie...

JENNIE (smiling nervously)
This is me. My heart. Right here. Will you be my girlfriend?

Lisa stares at her, eyes wide. She wasn't expecting this—not here, not now. She was the one planning to do it. Back at base. Properly. With a jacket, a plan, a speech she memorized twice.

But here Jennie is, standing in the wind with that smile that knocks the air out of Lisa's lungs. And Lisa breaks into a helpless grin.

LISA
You beat me to it.

JENNIE (eyes wide)
Wait—you were gonna—?

LISA
I had a whole thing. Roses. Dramatic sky. Maybe fireworks if I could hack base protocols.

JENNIE (laughs, teary)
Oh my God, you sap.

LISA (touching the orb)
But this... this is the most beautiful thing anyone's ever given me.

JENNIE
So?

LISA (whispers)
Yes. Yes. A million times yes.

They crash into each other, a fierce, aching kiss under the moon. The sea crashes behind them, but nothing is louder than the rush in their chests.

And somewhere, tucked behind the dunes, Rosé and Irene peek again—mouths hanging open, silent screaming.

IRENE (whispering)
I think we just witnessed a proposal.

ROSÉ
What do we do?

IRENE
Run.

They sprint away into the shadows—quietly, of course—leaving the two wrapped in their own world, swaying gently to the rhythm of the sea.
