EXT. ABANDONED CITY – MISSION SITE – NIGHT

Smoke and firelight flicker across concrete walls. The squad is engaged now—fully.

IRENE and JISOO exchange rapid fire over a metal barrier. Seulgi covers them, her blade out, clean and vicious. Rosé tosses a drone into the air for higher visual.

ROSÉ (comms)
They're not attacking. They're herding us.

JENNIE
No—they're herding me.

JENNIE's eyes dart, mind running ahead. She watches the movements. A flash of silver across rooftops. Her breath sharpens.

LISA (to Jennie, urgent)
We move now. North wall, tunnel below. Go.

JENNIE
Wait—

A gun clicks behind Lisa. A shadow rises.
Jennie's eyes widen.

JENNIE (yells)
LILI—DOWN!

She throws herself forward—shoving Lisa hard, just as a round flies. It hits Jennie's shoulder, her body twisting in the motion. Blood sprays onto Lisa's cheek.

LISA (shocked, catching her)
Jennie—!

JENNIE (gritting through pain)
I'm fine. Move.

LISA (fierce)
You are not fine.

She rips open Jennie's suit, assessing the wound.

LISA (CONT'D)
Through-and-through. You're losing pressure.

JENNIE (defiant)
I've worked on worse. Move, Lisa.

But Lisa doesn't. She taps her comm, switches to override protocol.

LISA (comms)
Abort mission. Immediate evac for Doctor Kim. I repeat—EVAC.

TAEYONG (comms, furious)
Captain Manoban—what the hell are you doing? That site isn't cleared!

LISA (comms)
She's bleeding. I'm not leaving her here.

TAEYONG
She wouldn't leave you. And she's your tactical lead, not your liability.

Lisa lifts Jennie, cradling her against her chest. Her eyes burn through the comms.

LISA
That's where you're wrong.

She carries Jennie toward the extraction path.

INT. SURVEILLANCE ROOM – SAME TIME

RIN watches Lisa make the call.

RIN (softly)
That's it. That's your flaw.

She presses a command.

RIN (CONT'D)
Let the game begin.

EXT. EXTRACTION ZONE – MOMENTS LATER

Dust and rotors whip through the air. A stealth med-chopper drops low. The squad covers the perimeter.

Jennie, semi-conscious but alert, leans her head into Lisa's chest. She's pale, lips bloodied.

JENNIE (murmured)
You broke protocol...

LISA (quietly)
I'd break every rule for you.

Their fingers grip tightly as medics pull Jennie inside.

TAEYONG (V.O., low and sharp)
You just crossed a line, Lisa.
