Gia sighs and ducks her head in embarrassment.

"My Italian isn't great, but did she just say she wants to rid the world of all dinosaurs?" Ben swallows hard.

"Your Italian seems fantastic, because I don't know where you got that from." Y/N shakes his head in astonishment.

Kenji frantically gets up from the table, "I-- I have check on... something." He rushes out of the room leaving everyone confused.

After a moment Darius gets up too, "I should... go check on him."

Y/N takes a seat on the bed that was so graciously granted to him and Yaz by Gia and her Nonna. It's a twin, but it'll do.

He takes off his shoes and jacket as Sammy enters the room, taking a seat on the matching twin bed across from him.

"Hey, N/N." Sammy looks up at him, "Do you think Brooklyn--"

"Abandoned us?" Y/N cuts in, looking up at her as he unties his shoe, "Do you?"

"Well..." Sammy sighs, "I just feel like... we're family-- Or, we're supposed to be. And if it was my family... I'd want to go back to them." She pauses a moment before taking off her shoes as well.

"Yeah." Y/N sits there thoughtfully, "Yeah, me too. But we don't know what's going on with Brooklyn. Maybe there's an explanation... or something."

"Maybe she's in danger."

"I hope so. I mean-- I don't hope so, I just--" Sammy stumbles over her words.

"I know what you mean." Y/N nods, laying down.

Sammy nods, "Just... don't tell Yaz I said anything, okay? She's not--"

Yasmina suddenly opens the door, stepping into the room and glancing at Y/N and Sammy as they suddenly go silent.

"What?" She smirks.

"Nothing, nothing." Y/N waves it off, "Come lay down."

"Okay, weirdos." Yaz chuckles as she slides off her shoes and gets in bed.

"Goodnight, family." Sammy flicks off the lamp between the beds.

Y/N sits up with a big stretch, his back already not used to sleeping on a mattress after so long.

"Morning, sleepyhead." Yaz smiles as she laces her shoes, "Me and Sammy were just about to head out and see who else is up."

"Count me in." Y/N yawns before springing up from the bed and sliding his shoes on as well.

The three of them leave and head to the living room, opening the door to reveal Ben... exercising?

"Buongiorno, amiche!" Ben greets them with a grin as he squats down.

"Since when do you do body squats?" Sammy raises a brow.

"What do you mean?" Ben's voice is strained as he struggles to come back up from his squat, "I do these every morning. Have you not noticed?"

Sammy shrugs and heads over to join him.

"Hey, we're gonna--" Darius steps in with Kenji, pausing when he spots Ben, "Woah."

"Is Ben working out?"

Gia hums as she enters the room, stopping in the doorway when she sees Ben. He smiles at her and jumps up, grabbing the ceiling beam and doing some pull ups.
