Also-er fun-er fact-er Coal and Jelly and Banished are like the only reasons I started shipping firejelly because I was trying to think of who to pair Firey with since I couldn't pair him with Leafy and then I was like "Oh yeah aren't he and Gelatin friends what if I paired those two together? And then I made Coal and Jelly and like one or two drawings of Firey and Gelatin in Banished and, lo and behold, I had been converted into a firejelly shipper.
