MERCY POV
As I walked outside, I decided to just head on to the mall. Once I got there, there was this old couple walking towards me. I smiled widely. I love old people..
"Hey, sweetie." I looked up to see the old couple standing in front of me. It was the woman that spoke up to me. I smiled brightly.
"Yes ma'am?"
"You are very beautiful..." She then looked down at my clothes and made a face. "Why do you dress so insecurely? I can see your beauty, just embrace it." She told me, smiling. I was about to say something, but before I could, they were already walking away. I stood there and thought long and hard about what she just said to me. I then walked into stores that I've never been to... Forever 21, Rue 21, Journeyz, Snapz (I'm not sure if it's a real place though), Victoria Secret, Claire's, and Bath and Body Works.. The old me.. The one that wears nothing but sweatpants.. They girl that lets people (Chris and his friends) run over her... The insecure girl.. Is now gone.. I'm starting over.. This is going to be the New Me.
