How does a spoiled ex-cheerleader make it onto the men's college basketball team? She accidentally made a three pointer, duh.
Join Min Ye-jun, a misunderstood sweetheart, as she becomes the last hope for a suffering group of boys. Will they end up...
Six pairs of eyes watched as Yejun and Sunoo argued by the pool. The boy had been taking pictures of the girl for the past ten minutes and was clearly getting annoyed, but all Yejun cared about was getting the perfect picture of her outfit. The boys didn't get it. A shirt and jeans, what was so special? They didn't know, but they sure as hell weren't going to question it, especially as they woke up in Yejun's living room presented with homemade French toast, cream, and strawberry jam. Okay, it was all store bought but they didn't need to know that (they definitely knew).
"Does anybody else feel like the vibe is different between them?" Jake broke the silence, sipping on his morning mimosa, feeling lavish in his 100% Turkish cotton robe. He didn't know what that meant, but it sure as fuck felt nice.
"Something definitely happened between them on that Ferris wheel." It took the guys a couple of seconds to figure out what Jay said, his mouth full of his third helping of breakfast, but once they did they couldn't help but agree. Something had happened. The way the pair came back blushing was enough proof for them.
"Who cares? Let 'em play house together if it means that brat is out of my way." The whole table turned to stare at Jungwon, deadpan expressions all the way around. It was hard to take him seriously given the picture he presented. Chanel sunglasses perched on his nose, Celine robe and slippers donning his body and a glass of champagne in his left hand as his right scrolled through his phone. All borrowed by said 'brat', by the way.
"You say that, but you have to admit, she has been nothing but accommodating since we've been here." Ni-ki defended. He had a growing soft spot for the older girl, given the fact she forgave him so easily for taking her laptop. Granted she could buy ten and not even blink, but it was the principal of it all. He was used to being scolded for even the little things at home, so he expected Yejun to banish him from being around her all together. But she accepted his apology and smiled at him. 'Don't worry about it' She said. All class, that one.
"Number one, that's a big word for you, number two, 'accommodating' won't win us the game tomorrow." Jungwon snarked "She's going to warm the bench and sit quietly and if one of you gets injured, you either play with a broken ankle or die, your choice." He takes a loud sip of champagne to really send his point across.
No one responded, quietly pouting over the words of their ice cold captain.
"At least she's nice to look at." No one had a chance to respond to Jake, as a shrill voice cut through the air.
"You know I can hear you right?!"

After getting ice for the back of Jake's head, the boys got ready and left, except for Jungwon, who still had to talk to Yejun's dad about tutoring.
He was dreading it obviously.
Not only was he meeting a man he had no interest in talking to, but he also had to play nice with the girl who has only ever gotten on his nerves. It was going to be hell. He sat at her too large of a dining table, contemplating his life decisions when he hears rushed footsteps coming down the stairs.
"Okay! My dad is going to be here in..." Yejun checked her watch. " Two minutes, so let's lay out some ground rules." She sat in front of Jungwon trying to catch her breath.
"What's there to know, you're dumb, I tutor you-" Yejun scoffed as Jungwon smirked.
"Um, no that's not- you know what? Fine!" Yejun huffs before continuing. "My dad is- how do I say this? He's not.. exactly... pleasant." Jungwon stared at her, watching as she desperately tried to save face. If she thought this was his first time kissing the ass of an uptight adult, she's as stupid as she is ugly.
"Let me stop you right there, anyone related to you is unpleasant." Yejun shoved the finger Jungwon pointed in her face, about to retort when she heard the garage open.
"Ah! Okay, okay, okay..." Yejun shoots up out of her seat, rushing to meet her dad at the door. "It's gonna be okay, it's gonna be fine." She mumbled on her way as Jungwon stared at her in concern. Yeah, he's had his fair share of awful adults, particularly the kind that is everything Yejun's dad is, but she was starting to freak him out.
What exactly is he getting himself into?

Note:
One month she said, it wont be long she said.
I am soooooo sorry about how long I left but the last couple of months have been straight depression for me. It didn't help that I have zero confidence in my writing but the ones who kept messaging me and telling me how much they liked my story really meant a lot and its pretty much the only reason i want to try and keep going. Also one of my new year resolutions is to be proud of everything I create and that includes this story.
Thanks for waiting and thanks for the support, you have no idea how much it means <3
also this chapter is very short but i just want to get used to this again
