Jin then turned to Jungkook and asked, "Kookie, can you show Minsoo to the guest room?"

Jungkook nodded, still smiling, and gestured for Minsoo to follow him. Minsoo's eyes narrowed slightly as he trailed behind Jungkook, his mind still simmering with anger and resentment.

"Please, follow me," Jungkook said politely, gesturing for Minsoo to follow him.

Minsoo nodded and smiled, his eyes gleaming with a hint of insincerity. He trailed behind Jungkook as they made their way upstairs.

The guest room was located at the end of the hallway, and Jungkook led Minsoo to the door. He opened it and stepped aside, allowing Minsoo to enter.

"This is the room you'll be staying in," Jungkook said, his smile still plastered on his face.

Minsoo nodded, his eyes scanning the room. For a moment, his mask slipped, and he rolled his eyes slightly. Jungkook caught the gesture, and his frown deepened.

Minsoo quickly recovered, his smile returning to his face. "Thank you, Jungkook hyung," he said, his voice dripping with politeness.

Jungkook's eyes narrowed slightly, his gaze lingering on Minsoo's face. He seemed to be searching for something, but Minsoo's mask was back in place.

"No problem," Jungkook said, smiling politely. "You can take some rest now, and then you can join the other members downstairs to catch up."

Minsoo nodded, his smile still plastered on his face. "Of course."
As Jungkook turned to leave, Minsoo closed the door behind him. The moment he was alone, his expression changed. A sly smile spread across his face as he thought to himself, "Perfect. Now, just wait and see how I'll ruin your little happiness, Jeon Jungkook."

Minsoo's eyes gleamed with malice as he began to unpack his suitcase, his mind already spinning with plans to disrupt the peaceful life of the BTS members.

Meanwhile, Jungkook walked downstairs, still unable to shake off the feeling that something was off. He couldn't quite put his finger on it, but the encounter with Minsoo had left him with a sense of unease.

As he reached the bottom of the stairs, Jungkook glanced back up at the guest room, a faint frown on his face. He couldn't explain why, but he had a bad feeling about Minsoo's arrival...

Jimin noticed Jungkook's frown and walked over to him, concern etched on his face. "Is everything okay, Koo?" he asked softly.

Jungkook nodded, trying to brush off the feeling of unease. He took a good look around the room, his eyes scanning the familiar faces of his members.

"Nothing will change... right?" Jungkook thought to himself, trying to reassure himself. "It's just a matter of one month... Minsoo will be gone before we know it."

He gulped, trying to push aside his doubts. With a forced smile, Jungkook walked over to the others, who were chatting and laughing together.

"Is Minsoo okay with the room?" Jin asked, looking up at Jungkook with a smile.

Jungkook nodded, trying to maintain his smile. "Yeah, he's all settled in."

The others nodded, seeming to accept Jungkook's reassurance.

Half an hour passed, and Minsoo made his way downstairs, a calculated glint in his eye. "Time to act up," he thought to himself, a sly smile spreading across his face.

As he entered the living room, Minsoo's smile grew wider, his eyes scanning the room with a mixture of curiosity and disdain. "Annyeong," he said, greeting the members with a bow.

The others returned his greeting, welcoming him warmly. But Minsoo's gaze quickly landed on Jungkook and Taehyung, who were sitting on the couch together. Taehyung was feeding Jungkook strawberries, and the others were cooing over the adorable scene.

Minsoo's eyes rolled mentally as he took in the sight. He couldn't believe how easily Jungkook seemed to have won over the others

"Hey, Minsoo! Come sit down," J-Hope said, patting the empty spot beside him on the couch.

Minsoo smiled and joined them, sitting down with an air of ease. The others immediately began to ask him questions, eager to get to know him better.

"So, Minsoo, what do you like to do in your free time?" Jin asked, his eyes sparkling with curiosity.

Minsoo launched into a well-rehearsed speech about his hobbies and interests, his replies smooth and polished. But beneath the surface, he was seething.

"Oh god, they're so annoying," Minsoo thought, mentally groaning at the inane questions and the members' overly enthusiastic responses.

He pasted a fake smile on his face, pretending to be delighted by their interest. But inside, he was counting down the minutes until he could make his move and start causing chaos.

Yoongi's phone rang, shrill in the quiet room. He apologized and got up to answer it, his eyes scanning the screen before he said, "Eomma!"

The room fell silent, all eyes on Yoongi as he listened to his mom's voice on the other end. Jungkook's eyes locked onto Yoongi's face, his expression curious.

Yoongi's smile faltered as he listened, his eyes widening in shock. "What? what happened?" he exclaimed, his voice trembling slightly.

The others exchanged worried glances, sensing that something was wrong. Jungkook's eyes never left Yoongi's face, his heart racing with anticipation.

Yoongi listened for a few more moments, his expression growing more serious. "Okay, I'll talk to Kook," he said, his voice firm.

As he hung up the phone, the room remained silent, waiting for Yoongi to explain. Yoongi took a deep breath before speaking, his eyes locked onto Jungkook's.

"Kookie, it's Halmeoni (Grandma)," Yoongi said, his voice trembling. "She had a heart attack yesterday. She's stable now, but... she wants to see one of us, you or me."

Jungkook gasped slightly at the information, his eyes wide with concern. "W... what? Why don't we both go?" he exclaimed, his voice trembling.

Yoongi shook his head, his expression firm. "No, Kookie. It's necessary for one of us to stay here."

Jungkook's face scrunched up in protest. "But why? We can both go and-"

Yoongi interrupted him, his voice gentle but firm. "Kookie, I know you're worried about Halmeoni, but someone has to stay here and take care of things. And besides, I'm the older brother. It's my responsibility."

Jungkook looked unconvinced, his eyes pleading with Yoongi to reconsider. But Yoongi stood firm, his expression unyielding.

After a few minutes of persuasion, Jungkook finally relented, his shoulders sagging in defeat. "Fine... you can go."

The members sighed in relief, grateful that the decision had been made. But Jungkook's eyes still lingered on Yoongi's face, his expression a mix of worry and concern for their grandma.

(Y'all know very well what's gonna happen after yoongi leaves, don't you?)
