"Be yourself because an original is worth more that a copy" ~ Unknown

Kiyoko and her brother, Hikaru, were walking home when Kiyoko remembered it was her turn to cook dinner for everyone and they had no food. You see only four people could cook in her family which included herself, Hitoshi, Ichiro and her father, Yosha. So they made a schedule for each day.

Kiyoko quickly stopped in her tracks as she took out her phone, which also made Hikaru stop as well and look at her. She looked up at him as she said sheepishly.

"Sorry, Hika-niisan, we need to make a stop at the shop on the way back. I forgot that it was my turn to make dinner"

Hikaru sighed at her sister's stupidity before nodding and continuing walking, leaving his sister confused.

"I can't stay helping you carry it all home, I have homework to catch up on, call Saburo-nii and ask him to help you. I think he came home for the week, sorry."

Kiyoko nodded as she waved cheerfully at him with a big smile on her face.

"Ja ne, Hika-niisan"

"Ja ne."

Once Hikaru was out of site, she took out her phone and called her older brother, after a few rings he picked up.

"Hai, Imouto?"

"Are you able to help me with the shopping, Sabu-niisan? I kind of forgot..."

There was a lazy sigh on the other end.

".... Hai, imouto I'll be there soon"

A large smile made it's way to her face as she cheered and gave herself a mental pat on the back for getting her lazy brother to do something. Although it wasn't rare for Saburo to do something to help his little sister, he was always the most protective of her.

"Thank you so much Sabu-niisan. See you soon, Ja ne."

".... Ja ne"

Kiyoko put her phone back in her pocket as she walked to the grocery store that she normally goes to and started looking for the food she would have to make for dinner for everyone. (I don't know if there was ever mention of a grocery store so I didn't name it)

As she got passed the snack aisle she thought that her brother would want something, because he actually got out of bed. She got to the pocky section and saw her brothers favourite flavour at the top. She sweatdropped as she tried to reach it on her tippy toes only to be no where near reaching it.

As she was about to give up a shadow loomed over her causing her to stop tippy toeing, turn around and look up, only to come face to fa- .. more like chest with a purple haired giant. Although she should be intimidated by his height, her brother, Saburo, was not that much shorter than him.

She was broken out of thoughts as the pocky she was trying to reach was stuck in her face. She looked up at the giant as he looked down at her with a bored face.

"Domo arigatou gozaimasu."

Kiyoko had said with a bright smile, only to be regarded by bored eyes, to which she ignored and continued to smile. After a long pause he finally spoke.

".... Your tiny."

It was blunt and simple, and cause a sweatdrop to appear on her head, though she didn't mind being called small, she was used to it.

"Hai, it's nice to meet you my name is Utasti Kiyoko."

".... Murasakibara Atsushi"

As he was about to walk away Kiyoko thought of a way to pay him back.

"Ano, Murasakibara-san....do you want some pocky as .. my thank you?"

As she heard those words he seemed to stop and sparkle a bit at the mention of food. He nodded his head happily, but still held a bored look. She quickly handed him the box of pocky as she payed for them and decided to wait out the front for her brother to get there to help with the shopping. Although she wasn't waiting out there alone.

Murasakibara was also with her eating the pocky she had brought him.

".... Do you go to Seirin as well Kiyo-chin?"

Kiyoko glanced up at him and nodded her head not minding the nickname.

"Hai, I'm the manager and a player of the basketball club too."

Now Murasakibara was slightly surprised by this but didn't show it. He wouldn't of expected a girl that looked so frail as herself to play basketball, although he could imagine her being the manager.

"Do you play basketball Murasakibara-san?"

"Hai, but it's boring."

"Then why do you still play it?"

".... I'm good at it and there's nothing else to do."

"Ahh."

After that it was silent. Murasakibara glanced down at the girl again to find her texting on her phone to someone. He also took in her features, soft light brown hair that looked orange in certain lighting, big pretty hazel eyes, soft pink lips, long lashes that brushed against her cheeks as she blinked, and she had a pretty good body for being small as well, and a rather .... large chest that he knew a certain ex-teammate of his would love. Suddenly a thought came to him.

"You know Kuro-chin."

It wasn't a question more like a statement. She looked up and him innocently.

"Kuroko Tetsuya?"

"Hai."

"Oh, yes we are in the basketball club together and are in the same class, how do you know him?"

"We went to middle school together and where on the same basketball team."

Kiyoko nodded smiling up at him, as she was about to ask a question she a familiar voice addressing her from a distance.

"Imouto"

Kiyoko glanced away from Murasakibara as they both looked over to the voice only to find her lazy brother waving to her.

"Sabu-niisan!"

Kiyoko smile got even wider if that was possible as she raced to brother at a fast speed, that surprised Murasakibara, and jumped at her older brother wrapping her slender arms around his neck.

Saburo smiled lazily at his younger and only sister before he noticed the lazy purple haired giant that was standing beside his sister before he showed up and sent him a warning look, breaking his normal lazy one.

Murasakibara seeing the look, shrugged it of and to one last look at Kiyoko, who had finally let go of her brother, and walked away without a word.

Kiyoko seeing Murasakibara walking away quickly waved her hand happily.

"By Murasakibara-san."

He only tilted his head in acknowledgement before continuing on his way. Kiyoko glanced up at her brother, having to craner neck to look at him because he was so tall.

"Come on Sabu-niisan, let's go and get things for dinner. Maybe I could make a big cake for dessert as well!"

Saburo nodded his head. He may have been a very protective brother but really didn't have much to worry about because he new his sister was an airhead or a ditz when it came to romance. With those thoughts he sighed in relief and went into the store to make sure his sister didn't get lost.
