a/n- I wrote this chapter so long that I had to make it into 3 parts.

this is the continuation of  'a sort of date part-2'.

"taekook is belief,

all of us are believers"

taehyung had a handful of places in his mind to visit, so he drove the car with swift motions of his hands. jungguk was in regret. yeonjun asked him to join the meditation sessions during summer break, spoilers! he didn't. if someone is to be blamed, it should be taehyung, his caramel skin glistening under the blaring sunrays, his unbothered and calm aura; the devil was tempting him and he was no saint.

although he relished every moment of this torture. no, he did not regret taehyung finding out about his oh not so subtle frequent gazes. call him shameless, and he'd take pride in it.

jeongguk was clueless because taehyung didn't spare him the name of the place they're headed to.

and jeongguk was distracted because taehyung was existing in his vicinity.

nevertheless, their skin talked with the chilling breeze for fleeting moments, while sunrays kissed them, making up for the cold touches of sweeping wind.

after a ride of half an hour, their destination came close enough. jeongguk was amused; this was one of his favourite places to visit after all.

at a close distance, there was an arcade. jeongguk always enjoyed his free days, beating his friends in almost all sorts of games. It has always been a fun and joyful experience for him. he tilted his head to glance at the boy who had been driving both him and this car crazy.
taehyung's face was handsome, serene and handsome....there was almost no excitement that jeongguk felt rushing in the boy's body. although he shrugged taehyung's lack of expected expressions and relished in his calmness.

he parked the car in the spot and as the gentleman he is, he opened the doors for jeongguk saying, "mi mademoiselle" with a shit eating grin, which didn't even touch gguk's head as he never wished to become a linguist.

he can always use translators if need be, right? that's what he had told himself. also he didn't need to know everything. it's peaceful being in the bliss of ignorance anyway, just like it was when he didn't pay any heed to the things he feels around him.

they entered the building, which was blushing a lilac and lavender. the walls were adorned with sage, floors reflected the same purplish hues.

after wearing the bands on their hands, which taehyung had bought, both of them roamed around, taking in everything even though it wasn't needed, as the building was too familiar. but exploring together was new, walking side by side was new, and seeing each other smile at everything was new.

taehyung found himself drawn to one of the claw machines, or to be more precise, a bunny charm. it felt oddly similar to the boy he's always amused with, who was walking along with him, whose hand he's holding in his, and who was smiling in his way with a challenge hidden in it.

so taehyung gave all his attention to the pretty boy, he passed him a look, asking what it was that he wanted.

jeongguk said nothing, instead took the lead and dragged taehyung to one of the basketball games. jeongguk wanted a duet, and who was taehyung to deny? If he does, jeongguk will tease him for life or maybe throw a punch? who knows.
but taehyung chose peace, the burning passion in his eyes surprised jungkook, he was excited to know what the elder had. so the game started, initially in favour of jeongguk and stayed with him, until it wasn't, until every ball taehyung threw passed through the ring.
