■Meagan's POV■

Math and English went by really slow, mostly because I had no friends in there. And not because I'm unsocial, but because mainly the people in there were the jocks and the stuck up cheerleaders. I'm so ready for free period, not only because I get to be on my phone the whole time, but because I get to see Mason. I have to admit, he's really cute, and he seems nice. I wonder what he thinks of me, probably nothing, just the girl he knocked over this morning.

I get to the library and sat at a table, a few seconds later, Mason walked in.

"Hey Meagan," he says to me putting his books on the table and taking a seat.

"Hey Mason, how's the first day going," I ask as I pull my phone and Shawn's chemistry notes out.

"It's going really good, thanks," he says and gives me a smile, his smile is so cute omg.

"Hey, what are you and Shawn doing this Friday night," he asks me.

"Um," I say thinking, "I'm not sure, why?"

"I was thinking that, since I'm new here, I would have a small party for people at the school," He says.

"That should be fun. I'm sure we'll both be able to come," I say giving him a smile.

"Great, 'cause well...um, I was really hoping-" He said as he got interrupted by the bell signaling it was time for lunch.

"Oh my gosh, finally. I'm starving," I say and sprint out of the library with Mason laughing behind me.

We stop by each of our lockers to drop our books off, and get our lunches. We make our way into the cafeteria, and found Shawn sitting at our usually lunch table with a few other of our friends. I pointed them out to Mason as he followed me over to the table. I introduced Mason to the others, and we sat down to eat our lunch.

"So, Shawn, and you guys," He says gesturing towards the others, "I was telling Meagan about how, this Friday, I was thinking about having a party at my place for everyone at school. Think you can make it?"

"Yeah, I should be able to come," Shawn says smiling.

He punches his fist in the air and laughs, "Yes! What about you guys," He says asked our other friends, as they nod.

"Okay, cool so what time is the party," I ask as I gather my trash up in front of me.

"Seven o'clock," he says and gets up with me as we head to the trash cans.

"So, Mason, what were you going to say before the bell interrupted you," I ask him.

"Oh, um," he says scratching behind his neck, "it was nothing. Just saying how happy I am that you can come to the party."
