I got out of the bed and ran to my bathroom mirror and examined my face.

I looked just the same...maybe with a few extra dark circles.
I groaned and pulled back my hair into a bun and went out of my room.

I walked over to the other room and opened the door to find my little niece sleeping, curled up in her blanket and a small drop of drool running down the side of her mouth.

I wiped away the drool with my finger and slowly pulled away the blanket and moved away her fringe and touched her forehead to check her temperature and saw that she was completely alright.

"Lucy... Lucy..get up!" I called, shaking her awake.

She slowly sat up rubbing her tiny fists to her eyes.

"Someone looks like they had their beauty sleep.." I said laughing to myself.

" I'm hungry...." she whined.

"Then go brush your teeth and then come downstairs and eat your eggs and bacon. I've also buttered up some toast for you" I said picking her up from the bed and setting her down.

"Yeah... and I'll be out for an hour.
Got to go to the market, I want your plate spotless and homework done when I'm back. Is that clear?!"

"Yes Aunt Tarrah..." She spoke in her well versed tone.

I went back downstairs and took my wand out of my sleeve and with one swish the frying pan was set on the stove and another flick for the stove to turn on.

I set the bacon sizzling and moved on to getting the bread out and getting it buttered quickly with another flick.

It took me less than five minutes to prepare the whole thing and then I stashed my wand back up my sleeve making sure that Lucy hadn't seen anything.

I went into my room and wore my maroon cloak, which wouldn't bring me too much attention in the village in such cold.

The muggles wore cloaks in the villages when it was cold so no one would think I looked weird.

I rushed to the front door and went outside pulling it shut.

I slowly approached the border of the protective spell and quickly stepped out of its protection into the dark cover of dense forest and quickly spun on the spot apparating.

-----------------

I apparated straight into a dark alley, which I knew no one ever came to and continued my walk out of the alley and into the misty little village streets and sure enough I was right, almost all the people were wearing cloaks... though not as new as mine, just old shabby ones that could have been passed down for generations, just for the sake of tradition.

I walked up to the diary market and began looking at some variety of cheese, trying to be quick so that I could leave.

The people might think the mist is just from a cold winter morning but my kind knew better.
Thick mist meant more dementors.

I picked out my cheese and butter and handed it over to the shopkeeper and suddenly I noticed his glasses.

Harry...
Harry was supposed to have arrived last night. I still couldn't contact any of the members of the order.
I just hope they're all okay.
I was about to move on to the next market for vegetables, when I had a strange feeling that someone was looking at me...

I immediately became alert and began looking around and then noticed a very tall and really big man looking at me.
He also seemed to be wearing a jacket unlike the stereotypical people of the small village of Fordwich.

I looked at him for a second more and then noticed a slight green glimmer in his eyes!

Those eyes... Those emerald green eyes!
They are exactly like the ones the little boy had!
That royal, vivid green in his eyes and suddenly I felt I saw a certain glow in his eyes as he looked back at me and then his expression shifted to form one of shock and suddenly I felt the fear grip hold of me.

Oh! for Godrics' sake! I thought.
Why is he looking at me like that I didn't accidentally make anything explode in shock or something did I.

I slowly turned around and tried to take a sneaky little glimpse of the man again, only to see him accompanied by another three women and two more men who all seemed too unnaturaly tall.

They were all now staring at me...!

Oh no! This isn't right there's something wrong.
Are they death eaters!?
Or maybe Voldemort sent some of his slaves or followers.

Well they aren't Inferius or Werewolves since they don't look pale enough and werewolves mostly tend to have a couple of scars or so.

Whatever is going on... I have to leave!
Right now!

Hello my gorgeous readers.
I hope you've liked this chapter and as I have mentioned in my description of the book the event timings and plot are similar but are not the same. Though original parts of the story are there, the book is based more on Tarrah Riddle than Harry Potter himself and I know it doesn't make much sense right now but just trust the process guys😁

Lots of LOVE 🖤
