THIRTY-SIXTH TUTORIAL

"Wait, did that just happen," Junya asked out loud in disbelief.

His Cartier gold, custom bracelet snapped and fell into the water.

He knew his father could get the exact same one again  even if he'd be a bit upset. Junya's mother designed that bracelet for his fourteenth birthday - it was a very custom order. If Junya was being honest, he wasn't even meant to be wearing something so expensive in a hike but, he liked the bracelet.

It felt like his mother was right there at all times.

How could such an expensive bracelet just snap out of nowhere? He was going to complain very strongly to his Cartier sales rep-

"Raphael, it's fine! Please get out of the water-"

"Stay there," Raphael told Junya as he crouched in the water trying to feel around for the bracelet. "I'm going to get that back for you."
...

"Raphael, it's getting dark- please, it's just a bracelet. I can get another one so, please let's just go."

Raphael didn't reply as he continued looking intently.

Now that the sun was setting, it was getting harder to see. The air in the woods was a bit chilly even if the weather had been warm the whole day and Raphael felt his hands and feet getting pruny.

But, he wasn't going to give up.

When Junya was nervous or anxious or uncomfortable, Raphael always saw him play with that bracelet. Even if he could buy another one, Raphael wanted him to have that one-

"Raphael!"

"Found it," Raphael cheered holding up the bracelet to show Junya. He walked towards the boy on the other side of the river bank putting the bracelet in his hands. "How much is the reward for this?"
...

"So, why do I have to cook and allow him to use my shower facilities?"

"Because he searched for my bracelet for like three hours."

"You should have brought him a sandwich and sent him home," Jaehyun complained rolling his eyes. "Don't your tutorial sessions end at 5? It's 8 o'clock. Does he know he has thirty minutes?"

"First of all," Junya started with a raised eyebrow, "I taught you that and it's literally a meal dad. Mom would've done it."

"You want my wife to cook for a cretin? I'll do it."

"That's why I love you dad," Junya beamed going to stand up. He just wanted to check if Raphael had slipped and fe-

"Sit back down," Jaehyun instructed the boy making Junya plant his ass back on the chair. "You think I wasn't your age once? Raphael knows where the kitchen is."

Junya sulked in his chair as he watched his father cook.

His mother would've let him get away with it but, Nair was on a three day girls retreat with Boerona, Boram's sister and her friends. She had to be forced to be away from her son but, Baerona was a convincing, forceful person.

She wanted Nair to have a break.

"The water is wonderful here, father. Very warm and you can even play music- when do I get house keys?"

Junya looked towards Raphael's voice feeling his heart rate speed up. It wasn't his first time seeing the other shirtless but, every time sent his heart rate through the roof.

His defined chiseled abs and deep v-line... Junya thought his body was good enough to eat out of.

And Jaehyun didn't appreciate catching his son ogling at someone in front of him. He directed all that anger and bitterness towards Raphael.

"Put a shirt on before, I choke you," Jaehyun threatened giving Junya a sharp look. The boy sighed looking towards a window in the opposite direction.

"You're hating because you don't look like this," Raphael teased putting on the white t-shirt someone from staff had given him earlier. He was drenched earlier and his clothes just smelled of river water.

All worth it because, Junya had been doting on him the whole time. In the car he made the heating a big deal and he got the driver to stop at like five different drive throughs just for warm drinks.

He may have been a sugar baby in his past life.

"Don't make me take my shirt off. You're too young, I don't want to humble you like that."

"I bet I can bench more than you."

"Show me-"

"You guys can do that on your own time, it's my tutorial time," Junya spoke up cutting through Raphael's and Jaehyun's little argument. "And a gym competition us stupid."

Both the men looked at each other as Jaehyun shrugged his shoulders before turning back to the stove.

"Junya saved you."

"The same goes for you, pa."

Junya sulked leaning his head on his palm as he stared at Raphael. He felt ignored and he was struggling to h-

"It looks good on your wrist," Raphael smiled playing a bit with the bracelet on Junya's wrist.

"Honestly, next time you don't have to do that... you just even said river water is dirty and I feel bad."

"You feel bad? Reward me and give me a pity gift."

"Oh gosh, anything! Do you want money or anything else? I'll make it happen, I promise."

"When you move to Korea, keep this number so I can text you. That is all I want."

Junya was speechless for a bit as he blushed. He just couldn't believe he wanted something so small... his heart just- no, his whole body felt like it was tingling.

His heart was beating fast but it wasn't uncomfortable.

It was so dangerous... how much he adored Raphael. It was an overwhelming feeling that he was addicted to.

Raphael extended his pinkie and made Junya wrap his pinkie around his. Something he had learnt to do from his sisters.

"You can't run away from me now. You promised."

"You're such a dumb kid," Jaehyun grumbled putting a plate in front of Raphael. "You should've asked for a car or something."

Jaehyun just couldn't stand that they were so similar. Down to how they didn't want to let go of the people they liked.
