"Junya, I appreciate the gift but I can't-"

"In Korean culture when you receive a gift, you're meant to say that you'll use it well," Junya interrupted with a nervous smile. "Otherwise it's considered rude - can't you just accept it to avoid a cultural misunderstanding?"

"How did we get all the way to Korean culture," Raphael asked amused with a raised eyebrow.

"I was born and raised in Korea so at home we do Korean rules, you know?"

Raphael laughed in that moment.

Junya was funny to him because he was a terrible liar. He was clearly thinking about the lie as he was saying it.

"Never play poker," Raphael grinned patting Junya's shoulder. "Or anything that involves lying."

"Why," Junya pouted slightly. He knew he was being teased by Raphael because the other was smiling cheekily at him. "You're making fun of me."

Junya was so excited after the formula one exhibition the previous week, he wouldn't stop talking about it.

"I was planning on going to the botanical park just for the aesthetics but it's raining so bad outside. It won't work for this week."

"Oh... I don't want you to be bored... are you going to go home?"

"You want to cancel?"

Junya was a bit deflated but, he didn't want Raphael to be bored just because he didn't have any alternate activities. He didn't think it would be fair to make the other stay so they could be bored inside.

Nair didn't like her son to look so defeated - she wanted to try her best to salvage things.

"What about board games? We can ask your dad to join too, he's just in his study- and Alex and-"
