You arrived to an area right above the venue. You stood in the stairwell with the others as Midoriya and Jiro got close to the railing.
Using a reflective object Midoriya managed to get All Mights attention below as Jiro listened to what he was saying.

"He said the island was taken over by villains and that they have complete control over the islands technology systems. All Might wants us to run as far away as possible and stay safe..." Jiro explained what she heard to the group.
"Well All Mights orders were loud and clear. He's our teacher, I think it's best we follow his orders and leave... otherwise we'd be going against his will" Iida explained
"I'm afraid I have to agree, we are still just students, how are we expected to fight these villains if we don't even have our hero licenses." Momo interjected
"What if we just go tell the heros outside?" Kaminari suggested
"That won't work... it'll be hard to escape let alone find any heros who aren't already captured. The security system here is at the same level as the Tartarus prison where they keep the most dangerous criminals in the world." Melissa informed
"So then we just sit and wait I guess" Kaminari said defeated
"Would you really be ok with that though? Don't you think we should at least try and stop them?" Jiro said as she stood from her place on the floor.
"Come on those villains even have All Might trapped, what can we do if the actual pros are stuck" Mineta said
There was a pause before you spoke, "Guys aren't we trying to be hero's? There has to be something we can do, even if it isn't directly!" You insisted
"Well of course, but we're not allowed to work as heros you know that (L/n)" Momo turned to look at your upset face.
"So then... is it right for us to do nothing at all?" Todoroki said, siding with you
"Well it's complicated..." Momo said disappointedly
There was a long silence among the group, everyone was gathering their thoughts on what they thought would be the best course of action. Would it be best to try and run, wait for the pros to save you? Or should you try and save the pros so they can take care of the rest?
"I want to help." Midoriya said with a shaky voice, "I want to save them."
"You really want to go and fight those villains?! Didn't you learn anything from the USJ Midoriya!?" Mineta shouted in a small panic
"It's completely different! Like (L/n) said, we don't need to fight them directly! We just need to free All Might and the other pros without facing the bad guys," Midoriya explained
