-Chapter One-

Every girl.

Why is every girl obsessing over this one boy?

What is so special about him that everyone sees that I don't?

Sure he's talented he can definitely sing I'm just so confused in why everyone is in love with him?

The wheels in my brain turn as I watch my sister's reactions to the TV.

Her eyes light up whenever she sees him her, pupils expand twice the size. I can detect the slight bumps on her arms, where her hairs rise on her skin whenever he sings.

The way her body reacts to him confuses me as I can't understand how someone can feel that way, without even knowing the person.

These people don't even know him and they scream, cry, go mad over him, and obsess over him.

I saw a clip once on the internet of an ambulance having to be called as someone collapsed from being so overwhelmed just for being in his presence. Another of someone being rugby tackled to the ground by security because they rioted their way to the stage, just to get to him.

That to me is too much.

"Lily! Breakfast!" I was so distracted by my thoughts, watching my sister Carley going insane and drooling over the TV screen, got me thinking about Cameron Morley.

*Internal eye roll*

What was so special about him anyway? I guess I would never know.

The smell of food sizzling on the stove fills my nostrils with such intensity that it makes me pull myself from my spot on the sofa and to find a space at the dining table, while my nose continues to pick up the scent of the delicious smell. My dad has already claimed his space and was sitting there comfortably reading the daily newspaper, just like any other day, whilst mum was up preparing the breakfast for herself and my sister.

To be honest I was shocked she hadn't made hers first. She probably didn't want to disturb her with 'you know who' on TV.

Once I reached my destination, I pulled out the wooden chair and sat myself next to my dad.

Over the years I come to realise I am a big daddy's girl. We just got each other, we are always joking around and laughing with each other. One topic in particular being over my little sister and her obsession with Cameron Morley. She is only 10 and with me 11 years older than her, my mum expects me to be the 'role model'.

But how can I do that when I get blamed for practically everything?

For some reason, my mum oversees anything she does and somehow manages to blame it on me.

She gives me the speech all the time of how 'I am older than her and should know better' yadda yadda.

She loves to portray the image of me being the devil and her the angel.
