Technically, this is a Day 2 post but in order to not feel agitated that it starts with 2 instead of 1, I'll stick with the title of Day 1.

What's ChatGPT?

Think of ChatGPT as a super-smart robot made by OpenAI. Trained on vast sums of Internet data, it's capable of answering questions, writing essays, summarizing texts, translating languages, and even generating creative content such as poetry or short stories.

What's the core concept I need to understand about ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is like a really good guesser. It uses math to establish connections between words. When you tell it something, it guesses the next word based on the associated words you've used. Remember, it's not actually thinking or understanding, just guessing really well! The technical term for this is "word embeddings".

1. Basic set up

Go to your email inbox and copy a recent email you wrote to someone. Jump over to ChatGPT and ask it to rewrite the email in a casual tone of voice.

PROMPT:
