            The unmarked grey sedan parked in the visitor’s parking lot.  Leif Brunswick climbed out, straightening his tie in the rear view mirror.   He got bomb threats once in a while, but rarely at hospitals.  What was the gain?

            He walked in the entrance way.  Just inside the entrance was a visitor’s station. 

            “Hello, I’m Chief Inspector Brunswick, I received a call about a bomb threat.”

            The nurse looked confused.

            “Excuse me, let me talk to my supervisor,” she said, and quickly walked out.

            Brunswick leaned on the counter, sighing.  A doctor bumped into him. 

            “Ooop!  Sorry, sir,” he said.

            “No problem,” Brunswick said.

            “No it’s my fault,” the doctor said, holding out a hand, “The name’s Harrison.  Warren Harrison.”

            Brunswick felt a chill run down his spine, but he shook it off and took the hand.

            “Leif Brunswick, good to meet you.”

            Harrison nodded, smiling and walked away.

            How could a cop be on to him? He was nearly home free.  He couldn’t know about the bomb.  Could it be a coincidence?  

            Harrison started walking away.

            Brunswick turned back around.

            Why do I feel so cold?
