Waking up to a loud call on his phone, Keith groaned and grabbed it with his eyes closed, swiping it and answering the call. "Yooo," he said with his raspy voice.
"Good evening, Doctor Powers, I didn't mean to wake you," he recognized the voice instantly and quickly cleared his throat, opening his eyes. "I would like to meet with you tonight—Are you busy?" he asked, figuring he'd just meet with Keith after taking Braxton to his party.
This made Keith's eyebrow furrow, he didn't know what that meant—But on the phone they always agreed to remain professional."My apologies about that, boss," Keith said. "I'm not busy. I can be down there soon as I get freshened up. Everything okay?" he asked.
"We'll talk. See you soon," the man said and ended the call.
Keith blew his breath and got up, he now knew it was something more serious than whatever else he suspected.
Going into his bathroom, he started up the shower water and while that heated up, he stood at the sink and brushed his teeth then right after hopped into the shower.

Arriving at the hospital, he made his way straight to the head of the hospital's office. He knocked at the door and waited patiently to be let in. Once Greg came and opened the door, Keith walked in and sat in the chair in front of Greg's desk.
"So—I'm being fired or something?" he asked instantly.
Greg went and sat down. "Well, yes and no—Suspended indefinitely pending investigation," he told Keith, making him roll his eyes.
