Jameson's Secret

"Hen?" 

It had been a couple of minutes since Henrik had gone to check the door. Marvin was getting apprehensive.

He glanced to Jameson who looked to still be entertaining himself drawing on a piece of paper.

"I'm gonna go check on Hen, okay, James?"

Jameson just gave a small thumbs up and kept drawing.

When Marvin looked around the corner, though, the door was shut and Henrik was nowhere to be found.

"Huh. . . that's weird. Wonder where he went?" he had a bad feeling, though.

Before he could look around for him, the doorbell rang.

Marvin flinched a little, not expecting it but came forward and nervously looked through the peep hole.

He gasped loudly and whipped open the door.

There Jackie was holding Anti in his arms with Chase next to him!?

"Wh . . . .Jackie?"

Jackie grinned, "Hey Marv! Look who I found!"

"Don't be getting any ideas" Chase huffed, "We AGREED to come with you because we didn't really have any choice."

"Uh. . "

Anti just stared at Marvin with a blank look in his eyes. That's when Marvin noticed the bandage on his leg.

"Wait. . . you're hurt?"

"Can we come in, Marv? Where's the doc? I wanted to gloat" Jackie chuckled.

"Oh" Marvin got out of the way to let them in, "Actually, I don't know where Hen is at the moment. He came to answer the door a moment ago but when I came to check on him, he wasn't there and the door was closed. . . then you guys got here . . . ." Marvin played with his hair a little, "I wonder if he went downstairs . . .or-"

"He's not" Anti answered him, still in Jackie's arms.

They looked at Anti. He seemed confused but certain in his words.

Chase grew apprehensive, "What do you mean by that, Anti?"

"I sense him. Dark was here"

Marvin blinked, "Wait. . . who's Dark?"

"The other entity" Anti explained, "He must have taken the doctor for some reason"

"Oh shit!" Jackie gently set Anti down on his feet, "Fuck . . if that's true. . . .Marv, what do we do?"

"What do we do?" Marvin repeated, "I. . . well. . . I don't know . . . .uh . . ."

"We have to find the crystal" Anti went on, "I think it's important"

Marvin had never been more confused in his life, "Wh . .. . crystal? Wait, hold on a second. . .. I still don't know next to ANYTHING about you! Why am I even listening to you after you abandoned us against that bastard? You kidnapped Chase and killed all those people and-"

"Marvin, please" Jackie stopped him, "Let them explain. Chase? Maybe you'd be able to explain it better?"

Chase nodded, "Right"

Marvin was in shock.

"Oh. . .. oh no, no, no, no, no, no!" he started pacing, "He plans on doing WHAT!? That's insane! Shit, that MIGHT be a high level emergency"

"So you'll have to report it to the other magicians, right?" Jackie asked, "They'll help us?"
