"I SAID I DON'T LIKE THAT ONE! STOP RUBBING IT ON MY FACE!" Rox shouted. Kanina pa kase ipinipilit ni Sean yung theme na nakita nya for acquaintance party.
"Lahat naman kase yata ayaw mo eh!" Sean inhaled deeply. Minsan hindi na rin nya alam kung san pa sya humuhugot ng pasensya sa ill-tempered nyang girlfriend.
"LOOK AT YOUR CHOICES NAMAN KASE! THEY'RE SO LAME!" Rox countered while pushing the laptop away
"Okay, eh di ikaw na lang maghanap." He stormed off
"SEAN! BUMALIK KA DITO! DON'T YOU DARE WALK OUT ON ME!" Rox, pero parang walang narinig si Sean na tuloy-tuloy lumabas ng SC office.
Sakto naman na pumasok si Arci.
"Sis, what happened? I saw Sean---" napatigil sya nung nakita nyang nakasubsob ang muka ni Rox sa table.
"Hey, are you crying?" She patted her hair.
Rox shook her head.
"Kung alam ko lang na ganito kahirap maging president, dapat umurong na lang ako..." she mumbled.
"Rox... kaya nga andito ang ibang orgs para tulungan ka diba? O eto na pala yung program na pinapagawa mo sa Science and Math Club. At yung other docs isusunod na lang ni Nathan." Arci placed the folder on her table.
Rox sat properly, and heaved a long sigh.
"Where's Seany?" Rox
"Stairs. Fire exit." Arci
"Can you stay here for a while? Sundan ko lang. May pagka-suicidal pa naman yon." Rox
"Baliw! Sige na aluin mo na yung baby mo." Arci laughs while Rox is walking towards the door.
After a minute, mag-isa na lang sya sa SC office. Sobrang tahimik ng paligid and Arci she seized the opportunity to review for their Math quiz tomorrow.
She was startled when she heard a knock on the door.
"Come in! Bilis mo naman Rox bati na ba kayo ni---" when the door opened, it's not Rox
"Sinong kaaway ni Roxanne?" Zoey's head pop out from the entrance.
"Oh! Sorry. I thought you're Rox. Si Sean. Medyo nagkainitan yata ng ulo." She explained, giving him a shy smile.
"Well, akala ko rin si Ms. President ang nandito eh." Zoey walks towards her.
"So ba't ka naligaw dito?" Arci
"Ako kase ang pinagpapasa ni sir nitong proposal para sa party. Kami ang assigned venue eh, pati music and lights." he sat down on the chair in front of the table.
"Ah... I see. Kaya lang wala pang theme na naiisip si Rox eh. Mukang nag-aaway na nga yata sila ni Sean. You know Rox when she's pressured, mainit ang ulo." Arci said while shaking her head in dismay.
"Bakit? Kala ko okay na yung fairytale theme?" Zoey
"Ni-reject nga ni Ms. Ong diba? Kase pang- JS raw yun." Arci
"Eh yung suggestion ni Pibs, yung... futuristic?" Zoey
Arci threw him a "are-you-fvckin-serious" look.
"What?! Just sayin---" Zoey
"Gusto mo bang magmukang lady gaga tayo lahat dun?!" Arci shot him a sharp look.
"Eh sa wala na tayong maisip. Si Nathan kaya? Baka may bright idea yun?" Zoey said with a gleeful tone.
Again, Arci shot him the look.
