"What do I do. Oh no. Oh no no no no." Acorn nervously gathered up all his supplies.
'Don't run. You can do this.'
Wh-What?
Who even are you?
'I'm Platey, duh.'
How are you talking to me if you're dead?
'...'
Hello?
Where did you go?
'Believe.'

"What..?" Acorn said.
Suddenly, Rag appeared out of the bushes. "ITS YOU!" She growled.
"Listen, I-I'm sorry, they made me-"
"I don't want to hear any of it." Rag jumped onto him with her knife. As she was about to stab him, Platey appeared in front of him. Rag stumbled back.
"Platey? I killed you." She said.
Platey glanced at Acorn, before looking at Rag. "I can't let you hurt the last object alive in Misty City."
She cackled manically, "YOU THINK YOU CAN STOP ME?"
Platey nodded, his fists outstretched.
"Then bring it on."

It seemed like Rag hit Platey at lightning speed. She hit him with an uppercut. Platey stumbled back, silently cursing to himself. Rag stabbed her knife into his left knee. "OW! OW! OW!"
She smirked, tripping him by putting her leg in front of his. Platey fell onto his back, clutching his knee while also trying desperately to get the knife out. Rag did it for him though, getting a shriek out of him. But something clicked in his brain suddenly. Platey shot back up with an angry expression. He knocked Rag onto the ground, pinning her. Platey put his hands on her throat. Rag couldn't breathe. She tried to get his hands off, but they wouldn't budge. She decided to bite them. It worked, and Platey immediately stood up, holding his bitten hand. Blood oozed from it, forming a puddle on the ground. Rag chuckled as she pushed him onto the ground. "Pathetic." Rag snickered.
Acorn backed up, but he was brought to a dead end. A wall of trees stood behind him. "Well?" She said.
Acorn glanced at Platey writhing on the ground. But then he winked at Acorn. Platey disappeared, but Rag was pushed back by an invisible force. "WHO'S DOING THAT?!" She yelled angrily. But she was silenced because of something cupping her mouth. She stumbled onto the floor, and she was dragged off out of Acorns sight.
He took a deep breath and sat down. Tears rolled down his cheeks as he silently weeped to himself. He was alone. Rag hated him. But.. he still loved her for some reason. Acorn didn't know why, but the tiny piece of Rag in his heart never ceased to exist. It just stayed there, hopelessly trapped for eternity.

Rag was dragged back to her house. "FUCK YOU! LET ME GO!" She screamed the entire time. Finally, she was stopped. Nothing was pulling her. She stood up angrily. Rag wanted Acorn to suffer more than ever, even though she used to love him.

Acorn grabbed Rag's knife off of the ground. It seemed she had forgotten it.
Maybe I should just let her kill me..
Acorn nodded, looking down at the ground.
    I'm worthless anyway.
And so, Acorn started his trek back to the city. That was probably where Rag was, after all.

"Rag? Raaag? Hello?" Acorn called, walking through Misty City.
He turned his head when he heard a noise near his house. There she was. Rag stood, blood smeared all over her. Dirt and dust covered her face and limbs. "Rag..?"
Rag suddenly ran towards him. He stayed still, closing his eyes. Acorn felt her grab the knife from him before stabbing into his side. Acorn didn't scream as his knees buckled. He just gritted his teeth and let the pain sink in.

Rag stood above her old lover. Did she just.. kill him? Her heart ached as tears began to well up in her eyes. Soon, they were streaming down her face. She just couldn't hold it in. Cries echoed around Misty City endlessly.
