Before I knew it,
I was moving toward Sunoo, my heart racing.

"Sorry, mister, but Lord Sunoo will be dancing with me,"
I declared, my voice firm.

The Alpha stepped back, surprised,
and I felt a rush of relief mixed with adrenaline.

Taking Sunoo's hand,
I led him to the dance floor,
the warmth of his touch igniting something deep within me.

As we stepped into the music, the world around us faded away.

It was just the two of us,
surrounded by swirling colors and
the gentle rhythm of the melody.

My heart raced, each beat echoing the unspoken connection between us.

"Let's dance," I said,
trying to sound confident despite
the whirlwind of emotions swirling inside me.

Sunoo nodded, his eyes shining with a mixture of surprise and delight.

As we moved together,
I guided him with gentle hands, our bodies swaying in perfect harmony.

I could feel his warmth radiating against me, sending shivers down my spine.
The way he looked up at me, trust and something more shining in his eyes, made my heart swell.
But with that joy came confusion-was this just a friendly dance, or was it something more?

"Your outfit looks incredible,"
I said softly, my voice barely above the music.
Sunoo smiled, a faint blush creeping onto his cheeks, and I couldn't help but smile back.
"You're stunning tonight."

"Thank you," he replied,
his voice warm and inviting.
"You look amazing too."

As we danced, I found myself lost in the moment, the world outside our little bubble fading away.

Each step felt significant,
each turn an invitation to explore
what lay beneath the surface of our friendship.
But doubt lingered in the back of my mind.
Was it really friendship I felt, or was it something deeper?
I wanted to pull him closer, to hold him tightly, yet I hesitated,
fearing what that might mean.

"Have you always wanted to dance like this?"
I asked, breaking the silence.

He looked up at me, his gaze thoughtful.
"I've dreamed of it, actually,"
he admitted, a shy smile dancing on his lips.

My heart soared at his words, but it only deepened my confusion.
I wanted to lean in, to bridge the gap between us, but the uncertainty held me back.
What if I crossed a line?

As the music swelled around us,
I leaned in slightly, feeling a pull I couldn't resist.
"I'm glad we're here together,"
I whispered, the truth spilling out before I could think.

But I couldn't shake the doubt that lingered in my mind.
Did he feel the same way? Or was this just my imagination?

Sunoo's gaze softened, his eyes searching mine, and for a moment,
I thought he might say something.
But he didn't.

Instead, he simply pulled me down to his height and whispered,
his breath warm against my ear, sending a shiver through me.

"I've been wanting to say something too, Hyung,"
Sunoo's voice was barely audible over the music, but I heard it clearly.
"I feel the same way, Hyung. I'm really glad we're here together, just like you."

After saying that,
he moved away a little bit and tried to dance with me again.

So he also felt the same as me, right? My heart began to beat like crazy.
I wasn't wrong; he felt the same way too.
I tried to look cool in front of him, but my mind was in a hurricane.

I leaned down to his ear and spoke confidently, hiding my inner disturbance.
"I'm not sure what I'm feeling right now,"
I admitted, my voice shaky despite my attempt to sound steady.
"But I don't want to ignore it. Please help me Sunoo, to understand these feelings."

Sunoo smiled, a small, knowing smile that made my chest tighten.

"Then let's figure it out together, Hyung. We don't have to have all the answers right now."

I nodded to him.
His words gave my heart a jolt that I can't explain.
It felt like all the hard feelings were washing away.
But right now, I definitely knew this wasn't just the kind of feeling I have for a friend.

We stepped back into the world outside our bubble as Duke Kim came over and invited me to the dining table.
So we all went together.

After that, Sunoo and I didn't have a chance to talk again,
but we exchanged glances across the room.

Later, Mr. Sejin, my secretary, came to inform me that I needed to check some urgent files and take my medicine.

I went over to Duke Kim, and Sunoo was with him.
I informed Duke Kim that I had some work to do and was heading to my room.

Before I left, Sunoo gave me a warm smile that made my heart fill.
I also smiled, nodded, and signaled to him that I was going.

Once I gave my final thanking speech to everyone,
I made my way to my room with Mr. Sejin.
