To her delight, it was Chaewon. Her lips brushed against Yunjin's and quickly latched onto them, giving the girl a taste of mint and whatever energy drink she had fifteen minutes back.

They both floated in the clouds as they kissed for longer than Yunjin bothered to count. It was sweet, slow and something that they often got caught up in for hours in Chaewon's room.

Personally, Yunjin could do this forever.

But she pulled away, leaving Chaewon to look like a sad pomeranian. Her stomach was yearning for food, and she'd be damned if she had to continue the whole day with an empty stomach– however much she loved kissing Chaewon.

"Store," She reminded the girl.

"Kiss now, store later?" The other suggested, suggestively wiggling her eyebrows.

"Store now, kiss later," Yunjin chuckled, bending over to peck the smaller girl's lips one last time. "I'm so hungry I could eat you up."

Chaewon smirked. "I'm not stopping you," She hummed, causing the tall girl's cheeks to turn red.

"That's not what I– shut up, let's just go." Yunjin stammered.

KkuraMiya: Bring me some bread, please?

KkuraMiya: Least you could do for your secret keeper.

"Are you paying attention? Put that thing away," Chaewon groaned.

Yunjin looked up. The short girl was walking a few paces in front of her, walking backwards to tell her off. She could only chuckle at the effort, sliding her phone into one of the many pockets on her pants.

"You have my undivided attention, princess," She hummed, speeding up to catch up to her. She placed her hand on Chaewon's inner arm and slid it down her wrist until her fingers effortlessly slid between Chaewon's.

The other's eyes briefly gazed over their intertwined hands before she bashfully stared at the pavement as they walked. Yunjin couldn't help the affectionate smile growing on her lips: they'd quite literally seen every inch of each other, yet Chaewon always managed to act shy about the tiniest things.

It was cute.

"You were talking about Wonyoung?" Yunjin asked, swaying their hands along to their steps as they walked through the busy park.

Chaewon sighed. "Right. Well, ever since Chaeyeon's celebration she's been bugging me about texting Yena back, since I've kind of just been ignoring her. She and Wony are really good friends still, and I love that we're all still in contact,"

She kicked a pebble. "But there's a reason we broke up. It's not like we're just going to get back together at the count of three, no matter how much she wants things to go back to how they used to be."

Yunjin gripped her hand a little tighter. "What about you? Don't you want things to go back?" She asked.

Chaewon exhaled a chuckle as she shook her head. "No. I wouldn't change a thing," She said, looking to her side at the other.

The taller girl halted. "Not a thing?" She wondered.

Yunjin studied the details of Chaewon's face. Her big, dark eyes were filled with curiosity and her cheeks were slightly pink. It looked like she wanted to say something more than she was letting on: the words were sitting on the tip of her tongue, waiting to be spoken.

But they were in a park, surrounded by people. Standing still like this, holding hands and staring at each other was probably already pushing it; but somewhere in the back of her mind, all Yunjin wanted to do was kiss her right there and then and tell her how she wouldn't change a thing either. Because somehow and some way, some unknown force had brought them together again.
