"As a matter of fact, yes, I do," I responded.

"You can do whatever you want to, I am not a part of this," Derrick said.

"Come on, don't be such a wuss," I said in hopes that he would join us.

"I am not one," he disagreed.

"Then help us prank them," I said with a shrug.

"I am speaking from experience," he replied, still rubbing his face. "Right, Kian?"

"Hmm?" Kian hummed, digging through his facial products and lining the tiny sink with face washes and scrubs.

"Pranking Ava and Kyla," Derrick said slowly.

"Oh, that's not a very good idea," Kian said with a gasp.

"So?" I countered. "That doesn't mean we can let them get away with this."

Derrick and Kian exchanged uncertain looks, causing me to roll my eyes. I wasn't asking them to join me on a quest to hunt down and locate Hogwarts or something.

"Fine, I'll do all the work and execute the pranks," I said, breaking the silence. "All you have to do is help."

Derrick sighed. "Alright."

"As long as we don't get involved in this stupid prank war of yours," Kian warned, coating his face with some cream.

"Deal."

"Do you have any ideas?" Mason asked, skimming through Kian's facial products, causing Kian to narrow his eyes.

"Yes. I do."

*

The shrill sound of my alarm woke us up at 3 am. Assuming 2 hours would be good enough for the girls to fall back to sleep, we decided to prank them at 3 am.

Once I managed to get everyone to get up, I told them what I had in mind. Mason was on board with it. Kian and Derrick, on the other hand, not so much.

"Kian, do you happen to have powder?" I asked.

"Of course," he replied.

"Alright, I'm going to need as much as you can get," I said. After a bit of arguing, he complied and went to the bathroom to get powder.

"You're going to help me, right?" I asked Mason.

"Yeah, of course," he responded as Kian handed me the powder.

"Thanks," I said with a tight smile.

"You're lucky you're handsome," he said, yawning.

I stared at him, confused for a moment. What was I supposed to say to that? What do you say when you get hit on by a guy?

To avoid awkwardness, I said, "Right."

"Enjoy," Derrick said dryly as Mason opened the door.

"We will," I said, shutting the door behind me.

"No one's around," Mason said as I shut the door. "We should make a run for it."

I nodded and began jogging with Mason behind me. Luckily, I decided to remember their trailer number. Within a few minutes, we were outside their trailer. I peeked in through the window and as expected, they were asleep.

Trying my luck, I tried to push the back door open slowly. It creaked a little as it opened and I froze instantly. Did they seriously leave the door unlocked? If this is how they are at their own homes, it's basically an open invitation to kidnappers and burglars.

I looked back at Mason and he mouthed, "Is it open?"

I nodded and pushed it open in a swift motion to avoid it from creaking anymore. Stepping inside, I made my way to the bathroom as quietly as possible. Mason followed me in and we closed the door behind us, which took us forever.

I pulled out my phone, turned on the flashlight and placed it on top of the sink. Handing Mason the powder, I carefully stepped into the bath. Could this be any smaller?

Reaching up, I unscrew the shower head, causing my tee shirt to get wet in the process. I held out my palm and Mason placed the powder in it. Opening the cap, I squeezed its contents into the shower head, making sure I didn't spill anything.

Giving the powder back to Mason, I screwed the shower head back. As I stepped out of the shower, I spotted their toothbrushes and an idea popped into my head. Grabbing the brushes, I looked at Mason with a sneaky smile on my face.

His eyebrows shot up in curiosity.

I opened the toilet seat and I dipped the toothbrushes into the toilet water. This was pretty gross but they messed with the wrong person.

I glanced up at Mason to see his mouth agape in disgust and his eyebrows were still raised. I shrugged in response and placed the toothbrush back where I found them.

Grabbing my phone, I turned off the flashlight and mouthed to Mason, "Let's go."

He nodded and walked out of the bathroom cautiously and then out of the trailer. I was about to leave when I saw Ava sleeping. It never ceases to amaze me how different a person looks while sleeping; how vulnerable and innocent they look.

Stray strands of hair were on her face and I wanted to move it out of the way and suddenly, just like the night on top of the building, I had the sudden urge to kiss her.

I looked away and my eyes landed on Carla. She looked gorgeous, as always. Not a single hair out of place. Watching her, I could recall all our memories together and it was almost as if my feelings resurfaced for her.

Okay, what was I doing? Since when did staring at sleeping girls like a creep become my thing?

Turning around instantly, I walked out of the trailer and slowly closed the door behind me.

"What were you doing?" Mason whispered.

"Nothing," I said, shaking my head and we made our way back.

"Who do you think is going to get the powder shower?" Mason asked as we neared our trailer.

"I have no idea but for Derrick's sake, I hope it's not Kyla."

Did you like the chapter? I tried writing from Seth's POV. Although I'm not sure how well I could come across as him.

Anyway, the prank war beginsss.
