Carson's pov >
As im done with the check up i rush in the staffroom to see what was raelyn doing and to my surprise she was sleeping in james arms
"Oh she is sleeping "
" maybe you should let her sleep and run trough as many patients you can"
"Yeah i will get her to my office " i say as i gently scoop her up and carry her to my office ,when i was laying her down she moved a litlle and tear slipped off her eye ,i felt so wrong for doing this to my sister
Raelyn's pov >
I woke up just to realize i wasn't in the staffroom anymore , i tried to get up but a wave of pain went trough my mouth and my head got dizzy so i lay back down waiting for carson, all i could do was tos tay there and cry, then i heard the door open and i saw carson coming inside
"Hey love what's wrong does it hurt that bad?"he says scooping me up and placing me on his lap and guiding my head on his ches to calm down
" yes carson it really hurts" i say sobbing
"Lets go and have a look " before i could say anything he got up and carried me brydal style in his exam room and placed me on the dental chair i could hear him wash his hands and snap on gloves then he rolls his stool at me turning the light on and taking a tool
"Open for me sweetheart" i shook my head no
"Im just going to have a look with this mirror nothing else ok?" I nod
"Open big baby"
I opened my mouth and he got his mirror and fingers inside my mouth
"Good girl im proud of you"
He continued to check around and he stopped at the right side and took a pointy tool ,i quickly pushed his arm out and closed my mouth
"Rae you have to let me work so i can get the pain away ,and never push my hand like that if i was with a different tool i would have hurt you "
"I-i-im sorry i got scared you said you will tell me what you do"
"Oh my gosh im so sorry i completely forgot i was so focused on being gentle that i forgot "
"Its okay" i say with a whisper
"This is a explorer its used to scrape off pkaque and to scratch over teeths to check cavities again i will be very gentle"
"Okay.."
" open please"
He says and i didn't dare to disobey
"Very well you are doing great" i could feel him scraping there something but suddenly he touched the victim tooth and i moved my head
"Ooh so here is the gap you have a small chip but its in the back and at the root so its harder to see "
" so now?" I ask concerned
"Now im going to cover the chip with some material cure it and then shape it "
"Will it hurt?"
"Nope you will be numb "
"I will be what " my eyes get wider and filled with tears
"Calm down okay,"
"This means a needle"
He lets out a sigh
"Yes this means a needle ,Rae its not going to hurt at all okay ,you have to trust me" he takes a q-tip with some pink stuff on it
"Open" he says stern and i open my mouth wide enough ,he rubs it on my gums then gets the needle
"Deep breaths im usind a small one just for you "
I took a deep breath and before i knew it the needle was out
"You can close your muth " he says chuckling
"I-is it done?"
"Yes it is ,you did awesome ,now let that sit for a minute "

"Yes " he says leaning to me
"Why did you choose dentistry?"
"I don't know ,it just was kind of my dream since i was litlle ,as you know or don't ,our parents were both dentists "
"I miss them "
" i miss them too " he says as he kisses my fore head
Our parents died in a car crash when i was 4 ,i don't remember much since i was just a litlle kid but at least i have carson
"Can i go back to work?" I hear carson asking wich enterupts me from my toughts ,i nod then he gets to work

As i take the tools out of her mouth ,i notice she was sleeping so i turn the light off and clean everything then i gently pick her up and get to the car
And our journey home was short until we arrived i picked her up and got inside i placed her on the couch then i went upstairs took a shower and changed and went back downstairs to rae, i picked her up and placed her on my lap with her head on my chest just like we used to sleep when she was litlle
