When he got to a clearing where he followed her foot prints but found a horrifying site he saw his childhood best friend in the mouth of a Beowulf
With that he exploded in rage as he charged the Beowulf with two sticks as he fought he avoided the swipes as he was a short but used the Beowulf lowering to bite him and jumped to the side of it's face as he stabbed one of the sticks into one eye while it recoiled in pain he took advantage and climbed on it's back and stabbed the other eye
Now without any weapon good thing the Beowulf had no vision as he looked for an alternative as he found a rock and he once again went in for an attack
As he smashes on of it's knees and had it kneel before him as he began smashing it's head finally killing it
Jaune's father searched for his son in the woods knowing the boy loved adventuring like their ancestors but he found his son kneeling hugging his bunny covered in blood as he was crying next to a decomposing Beowulf
Julius: it's okay son....it's okay....she's in abetter place...
He secretly vowed to keep his son away from this despair and prevented him from ever joining any work involving Grimm hoping that it would keep him away from this pain or death
