Part 3 (part one of part three)

I clench my fist. It always disgusted me the way the demon king thought about his children, about meliodas. It makes. Me. Sick. But I know better than to say anything or protest against it, that's one of the quickest ways to get executed.

"Of course my lord, I'll protect him with my life"

"I know you will. You're dismissed"

I bow my head before standing and leaving tye throne room the door slams behind me with a slam

"Insensitive asshole..." I mumbles to myself

"Finally someone who agrees with me!"

I quickly look but see no one

"Oh c'mon! I'm not that short"

I look down to see the small prince will long messy and a bit curly blonde hair and emerald green eyes.

I quickly drop to my knees

"My apologies young Prince I didn't see you there"

"You don't have to bow idiot, we're friends right?"

I look up at him surprised, this is the first I'm hearing of us being friends

"Oh don't look so shocked you should be honored to be my friend"

He smugly smiles

"Uh huh...I'm thrilled"

"Heu don't say it so sarcasticly like that!"

He shouts, I turn my face the other way with a bored expression

"Don't look like that be excited!"

"I am excited woo hoo"

Later that night

"I thought I would find you out here"

I walks closer to meliodas who's out sitting on the railing outside on the balcony

"What do you want?"

"I have to follow you, protect you and make sure you're safe"

"Oh of course because you made that deal with father. And what did you get in return huh?"

"Thats...classified"

"Classified my ass!"

"I can't tell you..yet"

He gets down from the railing and begins walking towards the exit before he stops right behind me

"I'll never marry you....never do give up now"

"You knew?"

He bitterly chuckles

"I'm smarter than I let on"
