???: "drop your weapons or the brat dies"

Without any hesitation I pull out my sword and throw it far away from where I'm standing

"There, no please don't hurt him take me instead but please don't hurt him!"

I'm down on my knees, I can't let him hurt meliodas...I wont let him hurt meliodas

???: "oh don't worry I won't hurt him....to bad"

No....he can't mean...

???: "him along with a few other Omegas we caught will be sent to the BHR breeding hybrid reproduction."

My eyes widen, BHR is a place for Omegas to tested on and forced to have hybrid children almost every year so the children can tested on and used as weapons. If he does that to my meliodas I'll-

???: "after I kill you of course"

My eyes shoot up to look at him

"You're dead wrong if you think I'm going down without a fight!"

He laughs almost in a amused way...of course this amuses him all humans are sick and find pleasure in killing us and ruining our lives but they ruin meliodas's life thats a promise after all you were entrusted to me by the demon king himself.

About four years ago

"I'm entrusting my oldest son to you"

My eyes widen and I look up at the king still bowing on my knees

"But your majesty-"

"No but's"

His voice echos through the throne room

"He has a reputation of getting himself into trouble and trying to escape the demon realm, lucky we caught him every time but he's getting closer to escaping every day. I've tried marrying him off to an alpha, but unfortunately he killed them all. As for now I just need someone to keep a close eye on him and who's better than the chief of the demon army and the one who trained my son. I can promise you if you take up my offer you'll be rewarded handsomely."

I silently listen to everything he's saying. It's common knowledge that the eldest prince hates the idea of being married of to an alpha, that's why he kills all his suitors. I trained him when he was younger and he told me how much he hated being the prince, we were close back then and if we could be close like that again....

If we could be close like that again... I'd do anything to be close with him again

The demon king starts

"In that case you're job will be simple, Keep. Him. Safe."

He says in a low but serious tone that sends a shiver up my spine

"If anything happens to the future king I'll have your head. Royal demon heir, my property, something to be used for political advantage in the future"
