The rain turned into a heavy downpour, soaking everything. yn's heart raced as she ran through the dark forest, her feet splashing in the mud. The tall trees stood silently, their branches swaying in the storm.

Her wet clothes stuck to her skin, and she breathed heavily, mixing with the sound of the rain. Every shadow looked scary, and every thunderclap seemed like a warning. But yn kept going, determined to get away.

Lightning flashed, lighting up her path, and she saw the old bridge ahead. She knew if she could cross it, she might be safe. With a final burst of energy, she ran towards it, her fears swallowed by the night and the rain.

Yn’s POV

My heart pounded as I ran, the heavy fabric of my Indian wedding dress clinging to my body, soaked by the relentless rain. The bright red fabric, meant to symbolize joy and new beginnings, felt more like chains binding me to a future I never wanted. Fear drove me forward as I escaped the nightmare unfolding behind me.

Since my parents' death when I was just 8, my life had been a series of compromises. My uncle brought me from Mumbai to Manipur, but it was never out of love—it was control. A well-known politician with immense power, he saw me as nothing more than a pawn in his schemes. Now, his latest plan was to marry me off to someone who viewed me as a commodity, a possession to be bought and owned. I couldn't let that happen.

With every ounce of strength, I raced across the old bridge, the wood creaking beneath my steps. I dared to glance back. The distant figures of my uncle's men blurred in the rain, but their shouts carried over the storm. They were gaining on me.

Then it happened. I collided with someone, the impact jolting me. My knees buckled, and I would have fallen if strong hands hadn't gripped my shoulders, holding me upright. I felt my back press against the warmth of his chest.

"Are you okay?" a deep voice asked, but my panic drowned his words.

Footsteps thundered behind me, growing louder with every second. My breathing hitched. Fear constricted my chest, and I felt paralyzed. I tried to break free, but my bangle had snagged on his shirt.

I fumbled with trembling hands, but the rain made everything slippery. The voices of my pursuers grew closer. Desperation surged within me. I didn’t have time to explain or apologize.

"Run!" I shouted, grabbing the boy’s hand.

We plunged into the forest together, the rain drumming against the leaves above us. The earth beneath our feet was slippery and uneven, but I couldn’t stop. Adrenaline kept me going. My breath came in frantic gasps, matching his as we ran deeper into the shadows.

Who was he? Why had he helped me without question? I didn’t know. All I knew was that I couldn’t let them catch me.

She could hear the voices growing louder behind them, urging her to run faster. The boy stumbled beside her, his hand gripping hers tightly as they navigated through the darkness. Yn's mind raced with fear .

Despite the bangle tugging at her wrist, she pushed on, every step bringing them closer to safety—or so she hoped. The forest seemed endless, the trees blending into a blur as they sprinted deeper into the night.

As they ran through the rain-soaked forest, the K-pop idol, whose real name was Kim Taehyung ,felt a mix of exhilaration and confusion. Just hours ago, he had been enjoying a rare break from the spotlight in Manipur, reveling in the anonymity that allowed him to wander freely. Now, he found himself entangled in an unexpected adventure with a unknown girl .

His heart raced  from the thrill of being pulled along by this determined girl. He stole glances at her as they ran, noticing the intensity in her eyes and the way her hair clung to her face, glistening with raindrops. Her grip on his hand was strong and reassuring.

Taehyung 's mind raced with questions. Who were those people chasing this  girl ? Why had she been running in the first place? Despite the uncertainty, he felt a surge of protectiveness towards her.

As they ran deeper into the forest, Taehyung's thoughts briefly flickered to his scheduled return to Seoul, to the world where he was known by millions. But for now, all that mattered was staying by yn's side, navigating the unknown together, as the rain continued to fall around them.

taehyung hurriedly pulled yn behind a large tree, his heart pounding in sync with the raindrops falling around them. They pressed close together, their breaths mingling in the cool, damp air. Yn's hand trembled slightly in his, and he could feel her heartbeat quicken against his chest.

They dared not speak, fear holding their words captive as they listened intently to the footsteps approaching. The voices grew louder, urgent and determined. Taehyung tightened his grip on yn's hand, silently reassuring her that he was there, that they would face whatever came together.

In the dim light filtering through the rain, Taehyung stole a glance at yn . Her eyes, wide with fear, met his briefly, and in that moment, he saw something deeper—a flicker of trust and connection amidst the chaos. Time seemed to slow, the world around them narrowing to the space they shared behind that tree.

As the pursuers passed by, their presence fading into the distance, taehyung felt a surge of relief wash over him. But more than that, he felt a warmth growing between them, a bond forged in the crucible of danger and uncertainty. Without words, he gently brushed a strand of wet hair from yn's face, a silent gesture of comfort .

In that secluded moment behind the tree, amidst the rain and the lingering fear, taehyung and yn shared a quiet understanding—a fleeting but profound connection that hinted at possibilities beyond their current predicament.

As taehyung pulled yn behind the tree, their bodies pressed closely together, seeking shelter from both the rain and the unknown danger. The warmth of his hand holding hers sent a comforting pulse through yn , a reassurance in the midst of fear. Her heart raced not just from the chase but from the closeness of their bodies, the electricity of their shared moment palpable in the air.

Against the rough bark of the tree, taehyung could feel the softness of yn's form, the subtle curve of her waist fitting perfectly against his. His other hand instinctively found its place on her shoulder, offering a steadying touch that spoke volumes in the silence between them. The rain continued to fall, a rhythmic backdrop to their intimate refuge, as they stood locked in a moment of shared vulnerability and unspoken understanding.

Their breaths mingled, creating a delicate dance of warmth amidst the cool night air. Taehyung 's gaze softened as he looked into yn 's eyes, seeing a reflection of his own uncertainty and longing. In that fleeting embrace behind the tree, amidst the adrenaline and the storm, they found solace in each other's presence, a connection that transcended words and spoke of a bond yet to be explored.
