After many more names, Don finally reached Teddy's. "Theadora Waters?"

"Here! Also, you can just call me Teddy," the mechanical voice of her AAC app responded.

Don paused for a brief moment, probably confused about the sudden mechanical voice, before seeing her phone and continuing on. "Isa Winther?"

"Here!" Isa piped up.

"Alright, well, that's everyone!" Don said, quickly putting the clipboard back into his backpack.

"Now can you answer what your secret is?" Lila asked.

"What? No!" Don answered.

"Aw seriously?" David asked. It didn't escape Teddy's notice that Dora sent him a sharp glare at that.

"Yes seriously," Don answered. "Now, can we focus on something else? I mean, your professor left, but it's still a math class, so I guess we should be doing math."

"I hate math!" Fanny yelled, although Don simply ignored her and went to write on the chalkboard.

"Does anybody know what 4 times 0 equals?"

Is he really asking us that easy of a question first? Teddy thought to herself. Nevertheless, she pre-typed her answer on her phone, but before she could raise her hand, the classroom door burst open again, revealing an angry Professor Four followed by an apathetic-looking Principal Announcer. The math teacher glared at Don as the two of them went to the front of the room.

"So what's wrong?" the principal asked.

"He keeps getting in the way of me providing students with their rightful punishments," Professor Four spat out, glaring at Don.

"Look, I'm all for justice, but some of your punishments aren't justice at all," Don countered. "They're just unreasonable!"

"Okay, look," Principal Announcer said. "Things can't stay like this. My vice principal needs to get along with their teaching assistant."

Teddy's eyes widened at this. Professor Four is the vice principal?! ...Maybe I should have paid better attention to the school website.

"Look, Fortune, I assigned you a TA to improve your relationships with your students," Principal Announcer continued as he turned to the math teacher, "You don't want to end up like Flo right? I gave you a TA and not her because it's hopeless for her, but with you, there's still a chance to improve your relationship with your students. And you want that, don't you?"

"Er..." Professor Four still looked angry, but seemed to have nothing else to say.

Meanwhile, Teddy wondered something of her own. Is the Flo he was talking about Mrs. Chrysanthe-Hanasaki? Also, wow, they're really having this conversation in front of all of us.

The principal turned to Don next. "And Don, you should be more respectful to Professor Four. I'm disappointed. When I assigned you to be his TA, I was not asking you to fight him in front of the students. I wanted you to work together with them to create a more welcoming environment for our students."

"I'm sorry," Don apologized, rubbing his arm in what seemed to be shame.

From what I've seen though, Don wasn't really being disrespectful to the professor though, Teddy thought, frowning. Though then again, I only witnessed just one interaction between them.
