Bellamy's POV

His head was spinning, he couldn't think straight. Bellamy tried to process everything that had just happened. He couldn't stop thinking about all the horrible things that could happen, a million thoughts rushed through his mind.

A part of Bellamy was worried, how could a newborn survive in such a gruesome world? The remaining people of the hundred have found it hard to survive as it is, a baby would make that even harder. Another part of him wanted to pound Finn's face into the ground.

He clenched his jaw and ran his fingers through his hair. His eyes couldn't meet Clarke's, it was like what she had just told him changed the way he viewed her.

He still believed that she was strong willed, brave, and courageous, but he also realized that she was lost and afraid. She usually masked all her fears, but now, they were coming out.

He glanced down to see her on the edge of the bed, hands buried in her head, and her gaze focused on the floor. Bellamy tried to talk but barely any sound had escaped from his mouth.

"The father... Is it Fi-" Clarke immediately nodded her head in approval, but her body was shaking in worry.

He saw this and quickly sat beside her, Bellamy could see how much pain she was in. He wanted to comfort her and tell her that everything would be okay. But in reality, they both knew that nothing was okay. Bellamy wrapped an arm around Clarke as she leaned her head on his shoulder.

"She needs him, Bellamy. Raven needs Finn more than I do." Clarke voice was muffled while she spoke, but every word was audible to Bellamy.

"Clarke, you need to tell him... You need to tell him that you're pregnant," Bellamy whispered, but Clarke quickly cut him off.

"If Finn finds out that I'm carrying his baby, Raven will be shattered." Clarke paused for a moment, she was about to break down again.

Tears started to blur her vision as she continued to speak. "If she does... We all know that she will run away..." Clarke paused again, taking in a deep breath, "she is our only mechanic, Bellamy. If we lose Raven, we won't stand a chance against the Grounders."

Bellamy knew it wasn't right to keep something so big like this hidden, but in the end, Bellamy knew that Clarke was right with her reasoning. Raven would run away because of all the heartache, and even though the remaining people of the hundred have been preparing for this war, it wouldn't be enough to defeat the Grounders.

"Bellamy, promise me that you won't say anything about this. Please." Clarke pleaded Bellamy, her voice sounded of desperation and misery, it filled his ears.

He looked at her in baffle, but nodded his head in approval. "Just promise me that you will tell him that you're pregnant, at least after this war is over."

Clarke nodded her head, but Bellamy started to question if this war would ever have an end.

Clarke's POV

Even though Clarke loathed her mother, a part of her missed her. Clarke craved her mothers attention and warmth.

But her mother wasn't here, Bellamy was. So far, he was doing a good damn job at taking over her mother's place.

Bellamy was being Clarke's rock, the person that was holding her down from spiraling into a never ending abyss of heartache.

No one would understand how thankful Clarke was to have someone like Bellamy by her side. Sure, he was a pain in the ass ninety percent of the time, but in that other ten percent, he was somewhat decent.

"Just promise me that you will tell him that you're pregnant, at least after this war is over." Clarke nodded her head, promising Bellamy that she would eventually tell Finn about the pregnancy.

A part of her knew that she needed to tell Finn about the baby, after all, he was the father. But it wouldn't do any good if the unborn baby only caused more trouble if she told him now. Even though Finn will be pissed that Clarke didn't tell him in the beginning, she thought that this would be for the best.

Her eyes started to flutter shut as the darkness of sleep took over. That night, Clarke didn't stress about Grounders, the remaining hundred, or what not. She drifted off on Bellamy's shoulder, knowing that he will be there to help slay all her demons.

-

Clarke awoke to Bellamy lightly shaking her. She sat up as Bellamy spoke, "the acid fog has cleared, we should go."

Clarke nodded, grabbed her bag and blew out the candles.

They didn't have time to admire the forest unlike the day before. Her hands were starting to get clammy due to the amount of nervousness that enveloped her.

Bellamy and Clarke had been away from camp for what seemed to be almost twelve hours. Thoughts crossed her mind of the remaining hundred scouting the woods, looking for the two leaders. She was anxious, and prayed that the Grounders didn't attack the people who were looking for her and Bellamy.

Out of no where, a sickening feeling had overcome her. Her knees felt weak and her head started to spin, throbbing of pain. Her vision became fuzzier as each second went by. She made her way towards a tree and leaned against it.

"Clarke, breathe" said Bellamy as he desperately tried to calm Clarke down.

Moments later she threw up behind the tree, "Clarke-" Bellamy spoke but was cut off.

"Morning sickness, I'm fine." Clarke tried to not make a big deal of the situation, she just wanted to get back to camp as soon as possible.

-

As they continued to walk back, Clarke couldn't help but look at Bellamy, she never saw the caring side of him. Clarke expected Bellamy to be a total ass about the whole pregnancy, but received the complete opposite from him.

"It's not nice to stare, Princess" said Bellamy as he lit a smirk.

"Bellamy, about yesterday," Clarke started to say when Bellamy beat her to the punch.

"I won't say anything, Clarke-", he was about to say more when he was interrupted by the sound of shuffling.

Her heart started to pound out of her chest, she glanced behind her but nothing was to be seen other than the endless amounts of greenery.

"Bellamy, did you hear that?" whispered Clarke.

Bellamy nodded as a look of worry shot across his face.

With one hand, he grasped onto the knife from his pocket, pointing it at the direction where the noise came from. With the other hand, he pushed Clarke behind him.

At that moment, they expected Grounders to jump and attack them, but instead, Jasper, Octavia and Finn emerged from the bushes.

"Princess?" questioned Finn.
