Ryan "Nikki I think you need to go to Chicago in October."
I said "I'd love to but I spent all my money coming here."
Ryan "Well you still need to go."
I said "How? I can't afford it."
Ryan "Go as my guest."
I said "I can't do that."
Ryan "Please just go as my guest."
I said "I don't want to feel like I'm cheating the charity."
Ryan "Don't worry it will be covered."
I said "Well maybe."
Ryan "Come on I thought you wanted to meet Will, Finola & Tyler?"
I said "Don't forget Laura."
Ryan "I thought you wanted to meet all five of us not just me?"
I said "Well yes I did tweet that."
Ryan "Then say you'll be my guest since they should meet someone I'm interested in dating."
I said "Well maybe."
Ryan "You also said it's a week after your birthday so consider it a gift."
I said "All right fine I'll go as your guest."
Ryan "So you can offer me money but you won't take a free ticket from me to an event?"
I said "I know it's weird."
Ryan "Well at least you finally said yes."
After talking some more we continued roaming about the park & then spent the second day & third day doing the same.
On the fourth day we just roamed around Costa Rica in general.
Ryan "So what is your favorite movie you've seen this year?"
I said "Age of Ultron since I saw it twice & it's Avengers."
Ryan "So who's your favorite?"
I said "Cap. Steve Rogers started out as a puny kid in Brooklyn wanting to enlist & after he got injected with Harold Stark's serum he was still just a goodhearted guy who wanted the bad guys to fail & the good guys to win.
He never wanted death but just for justice to prevail."
Ryan "Okay I can understand that."
I said "The most emotional movie this year was Furious 7 as we had the tribute to Paul Walker."
After finishing our long conversation that day we parted ways & saw each other minimally the next morning.
Ryan did see me though at the airport & took about 25 more pictures of me.
As we boarded I realized we must have had a layover in common as we were seated next to each other.
I looked at Ryan "Well I guess we can talk for the next 2-4 hours again."
Ryan "Maybe I don't want to talk."
I said "What do you..."
Ryan interrupted me by wrapping his arm around my neck pulling me close for a kiss.
I got so lost in his touch & embrace by the time the plane stopped we had to be nudged to stop the kiss.
Now when we parted ways it was for good. Well not for good but until Chicago that is.
October 9th 2015 I got on the bus to ride down to Chicago & see my guy I liked.
Ryan was already in his hotel room when I arrived at the desk.
I was given a key & went to my room.
I needed ice to re chill my soda when I saw a gorgeous man enter the room next to mine.
I put my ice away & knocked on his door to see who it was.
Out came Ryan soap on his face wet wrapped in a towel.
I said "Um you might want to go rinse off then come back."
Ryan "I just wanted to make sure it wasn't some security personnel giving me instructions."
I said "Oh so you're not happy to see me?"
Ryan "Of course I am. Give me like 5 minutes."
I waited outside his room with the door open & he said rinsing off "Come inside & close the door."
I did & waited on the chair.
A few minutes later he came back out in the towel again showing off his wet half naked body.
His phone rang & he answered "Hello?"
The voice on the other end "Ryan there's been a change Laura couldn't make it & we sent Kirsten in her place.
She has Harper with her."
Ryan "Wow my friend is gonna be both sad & excited."
After he hung up he said "So Laura couldn't make it. Kirsten & Harper are here."
I said "Oh my god that's awesome. I hope I can meet Laura though one day."
Ryan "There will be other events."
