Melanie's POV
I haven't talked to Dominic in 2 months. I've been focusing on school and basketball. I tired to stay away from him as much as possible. He always tries to talk to me I can't even look at his face without seeing a liar. I'm in my chemistry class listening to my teacher explain a project we have to do and he is assigning our partner.
"Ms. Johnson your partner will be Mr. Smith."
Mr. Smith his first name is Evan. I never paid attention to him much he was those quiet kids that sit in the back of the class. He is pretty cute for a quiet boy.
"Hey Melanie so where do you want to work on the project?"
"Hey Evan well can you come over after school to my house and we will work on it there."
"Okay sounds like a plan I'll bring some supplies and meet you at your house." I agreed then the bell rang. I grabbed my books and bag then walked towards the door. I saw Dom waiting outside I just ignored him and walked to my locker.
"Hey Mel can we talk please ?" I knew it was Dom I just pretended I didn't hear him. I put my books and bag in my locker then started walking to the cafeteria. Next thing I knew I was being pulled into the janitor closet.
"What the hell Dom just leave me alone." I said whisper yelling.
"Melanie if you're not going to talk to me I'm going to force you."
"You can't force me to do anything."
"Melanie please I miss you. I just want things the way they were before all the stuff happened."
"Well we can't go back now leave me alone. I meant it when I said leave me alone." I tired to walk out the door but Dom grabbed my arm and kissed. I missed kissing him. I was kissing him back he tired to deepen the kiss that's when I lost the trance I was in and pushed him off me.
"You can't just expect kissing me will solve everything. Now I mean it Dom leave me alone." I didn't wait for his response I just walked out then went to lunch like nothing happened.

Dominic's POV

I didn't think the kiss would solve anything I just missed kissing her. I wish none of this stuff happened. After she left, I left home I didn't want to be in school anymore I just couldn't deal with it. I get home and see Bella in the kitchen making something to eat. My mother made her stay bc she is supposedly pregnant with my daughter. Yeah I might be having a daughter I'm not entirely sure it's my kid.
"Hey babe your home earlier."
"I'm not your babe we aren't dating your only here bc you say that the baby is mine."
"It is yours I don't know why you keep questioning me."
"Bc I don't believe you I used a condom."
"Condoms break smart one."
"Okay but the other girls aren't pregnant. Why are you pregnant?"
"I don't know okay but I am. Can we just drop it."
"No we can't once the baby is born were getting a DNA test bc I want to know that the little girl inside you is actually mine." after I said that I walked upstairs to my room. I changed into some shorts and running shoes. I grabbed my earphones and phone then walked out the back door of the house. I decided to run for 2 miles on the beach just to cool myself down.

Melanie's POV

I'm barley leaving the gym and running to my car so Evan won't have to wait for me. I tried looking for my phone in my gym bag while running and I bumped into someone then I fell dropping everything. I started to pick up my stuff that fell and the other persons stuff when I grabbed there paper their hand touched mine. I looked up to see it was Evan.
"I'm sorry Evan I didn't see you I was rushing home to make sure I got there before you."
"It's fine Melanie." he held out his hand to help me up and I gladly accepted.
"Do you need a ride to my house?"
"Um yeah please my car is in the shop." we started walking to my car. We finally got to my house and I told him we can do the project in the kitchen.
"Hey I'm going to take a shower mind getting everything ready?"
"Yeah sure no problem." I left to take a shower and came back after 15 mins. I put my hair in a bun put on a pair of leggings and a red v neck. With my black sandals.
"Wow you look really nice Melanie."
"No I don't I didn't try."
"You don't need to try." I just blushed and walked away to get us some drinks.
After 3 hours we finally finished the project.
"Hey do you want to stay and watch Netflix or something?"
"Sure let me just put the things away first."
"Okay do you want any snacks ?"
"Sure whatever pick anything." I started getting the snacks and Evan met me in the living room looking for a movie.
"What kind of movie do you want to watch?" He said when I started giving him some snacks.
"We can watch legally blonde that's my favorite movie."
"Sure thing." he said while clicking the movie and opening the small bag of chips. During the movie he put his arm around me and I let him. At the end of the movie when Elle woods gets proposed to Evan tries to kiss me.
"Woah Evan what are you doing."
"Sorry I-I sorry."
"It's okay I just didn't think you were going to kiss me."
"Yeah well I thought I would do it now instead of never doing it again bc I've had the biggest crush on you."
"Really Evan I'm flattered but I'm not looking for anyone right now."
"Okay yeah um sorry I'll just go."
"No Evan it's fine I'll take you home it's late and I'll take you home." we both got into my car and it was the most awkward car ride I've ever been on. We got to his house and said our goodbyes we hugged while we were inside the car and I don't know what happened but I leaned in to kiss him. He kissed back and tried deepening the kiss so I did it before him now we're having a full on make out session in my car.

Dominic's POV

I decided to run a lot more so I wouldn't have to deal with Bella. I was running through neighborhoods and I saw Melanie's car. I thought about what she said to me today in the janitor closet so I just pretended I didn't see her car. I started to get closer and I saw she was in there with someone else. When I got closer I saw them both lean in to hug then I saw Melanie lean in to kiss that person. I got so mad that I ran to her car opened the passenger side door I grabbed the guy out and punched him in the face. I only hit him once and Melanie came running out of her car and checking the kid then she started yelling at me. I was still so mad so I ran off. I went to a diner to get a drink of water. I saw these college girls drinking I just ignored them while I was waiting for my water.
"Hey I'm Sammy." she said extending out her hand.
"Hey I'm Dominic." she was shorter than me. She had blonde hair with blue eyes. She was wearing a white shirt with a leather jacket. And black ripped jeans with combat boots. We started talking and she invited me to her place.

The next morning

I woke up in a bedroom I don't recognize i was naked. I saw someone laying next to me. I remember who she is I met her at the diner last night. Obviously we had sex, I got out of the bed and started putting on my clothes. she woke up when I was putting on my shorts.
"Hey are you going to call me?"
"Umm sure give me your number." she just through me her phone and told me to put my number in it.
After I gave her my number I left her house. I ran home and took a shower. I just remembered that I punched a guy in Melanie's car. It was Saturday so I didn't have to worry about going to school. I went downstairs to eat something and ran into Bella.
"Where were you? I was so worried!"
"Yeah right you were worried shut up you weren't worried."
"Why the hell are you so mean to me?"
"Bc I don't trust you. Leave me alone I'm going to run."
"You ran last night. "
"And I want to run again." I left upstairs I put on some shorts and running shoes. I left my phone bc it wasn't charged. I walked on the beach and just thought I should just sit and look into the ocean. I took off my shoes and walked into the ocean. I started to swim and went back home so I can get a towel. I walked back to the water and jumped in. I was swimming for a long time bc when I came back to shore there were a lot of people here. I got my towel and started to dry my hair. I heard someone call my name and I knew exactly who it was.
"Dom what the hell is your problem."
