heyyy how ya'll doin 🧍♀️soo my bad for the 3 year accidental hiatus (me, last chapter: i'll be updating probably tomorrow . . . . me, 3 years later: my bad dawg) I never intended to give up on Reese life just got in the way. I'm trying to find my way back to it now because I do have a soft spot for Reese, however I am no longer 19 and my writing style has changed a lot since I first started this book. I'm having some trouble getting back into it only because the writing will not feel the same. My plan (for now) is to go through the existing chapters and fix them to the best of my abilities, as there are a few things that I'm not happy with, such as the pacing of Flynn and Reese's friendship (we all know by now it is not in reese's nature to let people in quickly and I just felt that I gave them a very strong friendship right off rip (be honest if you met someone a month ago and then found out they were cursed would you be willing to give up your life for someone who is basically a stranger???)). I'm also not thrilled with the way that Reese and Emmett moved as well, it feels very S. Meyer of me what with the very very short time for a relationship to blossom and there are some aspects that feel incredibly unrealistic (ironic, considering this being a fanfic about witches and vampires, but I digress). With that being said, I'm going to try and continue this book for you guys. Please don't expect these updates to happen quickly, I work a full time job and have plenty to do in my personal time that does not include time for writing, however I don't want to give up on this character that is truly one of my favorites and deserves a happy ending more than anyone 💚
