CHAPTER 39

NATASHA POV:

We went to America for the first time after five years. It's like I'm still at the past while walking at the same path that I walked in, I just currently find out that the Trevor village is owned by Gabrielle. Mabuti at hindi niya masyadong pinupuntahan ang lugar na iyon, I'm only seen at night time in weekdays, while whole day on that village in weekends.

“So, sa kalyeng ito pala ang dinadaanan mo? At hindi doon sa may highway side?” tanong ni Elaine.

“Yeah, I always choose this path whenever I'm tired. Mas malapit ito sa village kesa sa highway.” I replied.

My kids are both asleep on their stroller that me and Azuke pushing, mukhang pagod ito sa byahe. Napaka hyper kasi ng Tito Azuke nila, he even bought a Jollibee mascot para lang hindi ma boring ang mga bata. Pero parang mas nag enjoy ang mga kasama ko kesa sa mga anak ko.

“Sein will be here at exact 9, would you like something?” ani ni Azuke.

“Water, and hotel reservation for us. Pagod akong bumalik sa Russia after this, ’yung hindi sana dumugin ng mga paparazzi.” I said.

“Okay, Babe, can you please push this?” tawag ni Azuke kay Draken na may kasamang lambing.

“Sure,” naka ngiting sagot ni Draken.

We're all happy for them, when Azuke introduce Draken to his parents. Although Aunt really hate that idea, but when she saw how caring and willing they are to have each other's back made her happy. She doesn't want to pressure his son too much dahil sinusunod naman siya nito simula noon, kahit wala siyang apo ay okay lang sa kaniya as long as Azuke is happy. Nandoon kami ng mga oras na iyon, just in case mag wala si Tito.

Even Tito was welcoming Draken with warmth, and he  treat him already as his own son-in-law kahit hindi pa pumayag si Tita.

“Oh, siya nga pala, miss Natasha. Your Dad is currently here in New York City, he asked if you wanted to visit him?” Basag ni Draken sa katahimikan.

“Oh, just tell him that we're busy. Ask the pilot kung okay ang flight path next week papuntang Russia, let's stop by there for a month bago pumunta sa Japan at umuwi ng pinas.” I commanded.

He just nod and went back to his phone clicking, mga ilang minuto pa ay nakarating na kami sa venue. Hindi gan’on karami ang tao dahil mamayang eleven ang start ng event, we make sure ns matatago ang mga mukha namin kahit kaunti lang ang mga tao. We can't be comfortable just because everything is turned off, even if I encourage myself to came out as a mother to the public. May mga possibilities parin na masama ang ibang tao, they might not believe me kung sasabihin ko na si Gabrielle ang ama nila. I was with Sein.

“Hi manager,” she called a random man in the crowed as soon as we get in, I noticed how a young man came forward to our place.

“This way,” he lead the way to a secret room that we didn't know that really exist.

Nasa likod lang ito ng isang shelf at para na siyang hidden room na matagal ng naka built sa loob ng store, mayroong sofa sa mag kabilaang side, a table in the middle, tapos single bed malapit sa pader, and a mini refrigerator. If we discovered this one earlier on our time? It would be great. May mga lightning ito na nag iiba ang kukay,  isang tinted glass window where we can look outside, maliwanag ang place at napaka clam nito.

“I’ll excuse myself first, please, enjoy your stay.” The young man said.

“Wait, so, who are you exactly?” naguguluhan kong tanong.

“That's boss son, he studied in Oxford University when we're working here.” sagot ni Elaine.

I just nod and the young man just left us inside, habang busy kami sa pagiging amaze sa lugar, tumunog ang cellphone ni Azuke.
