Bio: A mysterious girl that was found by the Astral Express frozen in a block of Eternal Ice, upon being freed, she found that she couldn't remember anything about her life before being sealed away. Naming herself after her birthday, she would become a member of the crew, her bubbly and quirky personality being a much welcome source of light for the members of the Express. She has a fondness for taking pictures and putting them in her scrapbook.

Playstyle: March 7th is very much a zoner, much like her rival Amber, with many ranged attacks, and options to maneuver around attacks, but below average health.

Normals:

Standing Light Punch: Pulls out an arrow made of ice and swings it horizontally, and one-handed, using it as a blade

Standing Medium Punch: Swings her bow horizontally with a freezing mist around it

Standing Heavy Punch: Forms two arrows of ice in her hands and stabs them down at the foe's head

Standing Light Kick: Performs a quick forward snap kick

Standing Medium Kick: Spins and thrusts her foot into the foe's stomach

Standing Heavy Kick: Spins into a roundhouse kick aimed at the opponent's head

Air Light Punch: Slashes diagonally downward with an arrow of ice

Air Medium Punch: Brings one ice arrow down in an ice pick grip

Air Heavy Punch: Spins her bow like a propeller, coating it with a frosty aura to hit repeatedly

Air Light Kick: Leans back to bicycle kick the opponent with both feet

Air Medium Kick: Spins in place to deliver a roundhouse kick aimed around the foe's neck

Air Heavy Kick: Flips forward before dropkicking the opponent in the chest

Crouching Light Punch: Stabs forward with an ice arrow

Crouching Medium Punch: Swings her bow at the opponent's legs

Crouching Heavy Punch: Stabs forward three times at rapid pace with an ice arrow

Crouching Light Kick: Drives her heel into the opponent's knee

Special Attacks:

-Frigid Cold Arrow: March 7th fires up to five arrows engulfed in a sheet of crystal ice either forward, upward or down at the foe's feet, the arrow having a small chance of freezing the foe solid on successful impact, leaving them vulnerable. Holding down the button will put her into an aiming mode where she can freely aim the arrow wherever the player desires.

-The Power of Cuteness: March holds her hands over her face as a small barrier of energy surrounds her, mitigating projectiles and blocking a single physical attack from harming her before she retaliates with a fast arrow aimed at the foe's feet.
