Bio: Seemingly a normal platypus that doesn't do much living under the care of his owners, Phineas and Ferb, Perry the Platypus has a secret double life as a secret agent, each day being called in by Major Monogram to fight against Doctor Doofenshmirtz and put a stop to his many evil schemes. Throughout his life, he has foiled every one of Doof's plans, helped save the second dimension from his enemies' more evil counterpart, and even teamed up with the Avengers.

Playstyle: Perry is quick, agile and nimble, but his physical attacks aren't exactly the strongest, and his health bar is below average

Normals:

Standing Light Punch: Jabs forward with his fist

Standing Medium Punch: Dashes forward with his elbow extended

Standing Heavy Punch: Hops up to deliver an uppercut to the foe

Standing Light Kick: Spins in place to strike the opponent with his tail

Standing Medium Kick: Spins to gain momentum and thumps the foe with his foot

Standing Heavy Kick: Backflips to smack the opponent in the chin with his tail

Air Light Punch: Headbutts the foe

Air Medium Punch: Brings one arm down in an overhand chop

Air Heavy Punch: Slams his fist down on the foe's head to floor them

Air Light Kick: Bicycle kicks the opponent with both feet

Air Medium Kick: Does a backflip to strike the foe under the chin with both feet

Air Heavy Kick: Flips forward into a dropkick with both feet

Crouching Light Punch: Jabs forward twice at the foe's knees

Crouching Medium Punch: Chops horizontally at the opponent's shins

Crouching Heavy Punch: Hops forward to slam his fist into the foe's stomach

Crouching Light Kick: Sweeps the opponent's legs with his tail

Crouching Medium Kick: Balances on his hands and kicks at the foe's leg

Crouching Heavy Kick: Launches himself towards the opponent for a flying kick

Special Attacks:

-Hat Throw: Perry tosses his hat like a frisbee, and it comes back in a boomerang fashion, hitting the foe twice, once when going out and once more when coming back after flying through them

-Grappling Hook: Perry tosses his grappling hook up at the ceiling and swings forward to kick at the foe with both feet, knocking them down

-Wristwatch: Perry aims his watch at the foe, allowing him to perform one of four attacks depending on the button pushed:

--Laser: A simple projectile that he fires across the screen

--Brain Freeze: A blue laser that freezes the foe solid on successful contact

--Magnetic Field: A shield of magnetic energy briefly surrounds Perry. Blocks most projectiles and causes them to either dissipate or bounce onto the floor.

--Embarrassment: Perry shows a hologram of Major Monogram in the shower, stunning the opponent if they're standing too close to it

-Jetpack: Perry activates his jetpack, allowing him to freely fly around the stage for a short time. Has a cooldown period between uses to avoid spamming it.

-Acid Bubble: Perry creates a bubble of green liquid around himself. If hit while it's active or even touched by the foe, the bubble will burst, leaving a puddle on the floor. Touching the bubble or the puddle will cause the unfortunate opponent to suffer repeated chip damage for a short time.

Throws:

Forward: Perry jumps up to the foe's face, spins to kick them across the cheek, then thrusts both feet into them and flips off, knocking them to the floor.

Backward: Perry grabs the foe by the hand, turns to throw them to the ground, pulls on their arm for a few seconds, then twists it before hopping off.

Super Moves:

-Animal Whistler: Perry pulls out two whistles, blowing into both of them at once. A swarm of bats flies across the screen first, flying right through the foe and causing repeated hits of damage. Then, a wave of water carrying a whale [that is comically riding on a tiny surfboard] flows across the screen, pushing them across and hitting them repeatedly until the whale is washed offscreen.

-Destroying Doof's Stuff: Perry runs forward and delivers a flying karate kick. If it hits, he will latch onto the foe and repeatedly rain blows on their face as they struggle to pry him off, then headbutts them and jumps back down to the ground. He jumps up and delivers two spinning roundhouse kicks to the foe's face, followed by a drop kick to the face that sends them flying back into a large machine that begins to spark and bursts into flames, briefly shocking the foe before erupting in a large fireball that launches them back to the ground.

Fatalities:

-Stuck in the Socket: Perry leaps towards the opponent and delivers a flying karate kick that sends them stumbling back towards a wall with an electrical outlet on it. Upon hitting the wall, their head goes right through the outlet, and they are violently electrocuted, their body twitching and writhing as they are shocked, before finally going limp as the juice runs down. Perry tilts his hat down and lets out his trademark chatter before leaving their corpse behind.

-Borrowing from the Doctor: Perry pulls out a small device and aims it at the foe, pulling the trigger and firing a blast that causes the foe to vanish. When they reappear, they find they are on another planet, standing in the crib of a giant baby alien. The baby lets out a curious babble, then abruptly picks them up, puts them in its mouth and swallows them whole, babbling happily and drooling immediately afterwards.

Friendship: There You Are!

Perry takes off his fedora, falls on all fours and walks back offscreen with a blank expression on his face. The scene cuts to Phineas and Ferb's house, the boys lying down at the base of a tree, and Perry approaches them and chatters. Phineas looks over with a smile and says "Oh, there you are, Perry!", grabbing his pet and setting him down on his lap, gently stroking his back as Perry settles down and relaxes, a small smile on his face.

Intro: Perry flips through the air and lands in a crouching position, eyes narrowed as he takes a combat stance

Outro: Perry tips the brim of his hat downward, then activates a hangglider and leaps into the air, the camera following him as the wind carries him off
