Drake & Josh [to be continued]

FOUR. Josh In The Hospital

Josh: "oh man, Drake and I have this huge chemistry test tomorrow morning," he says to the audience who laughed softly.

Drake: "me and Josh have this insanely important chemistry test tomorrow." he added.

Kasey: "I'm in Josh's class so it's easier for me to concentrate on my homework." I tell them all.

Josh: "so I've been studying all night every night for a week!" he said, with pure excitement.

Kasey: "he really has." the audience laughs again.

Drake: "so I've been playing lots of ping pong."

Kasey: "when he shouldn't be." I said.

Josh: "our-our teacher Mr. Roland is really tough, I mean if your even one minute late to his class, he's not going to let you-" [Josh's phone is now ringing with a call from Drake] "Hello." Josh answered, happily.

Kasey: "I wonder what he wants now." I tell Josh who shrugged but continued to talk to Drake.

Drake: "come upstairs and play ping pong with me," he tells Josh over the telephone.

Kasey: "keep studying babe." I whispered to Josh who nodded but stayed on the phone.

Josh: "no...," he said, flatly. "alright, I'm studying and you should be too." he tells his stepbrother.

Kasey: "that boy never studies at all." I said and the audience laughed once more.

Drake: "so ping pong?" he asked Josh, again.

Josh: "noooo!" he said, then hung up. "anyway, I came up with a great way to remember the atomic weight of the elements... see what I do- I-" but his phone goes off again. "yeah what?" Josh asks, not caring about Drake's game.

Drake: "where are you?" he asked Josh.

Josh: "downstairs." he tells Drake.

Kasey: "dear god, can this boy not see that Josh and I are trying to do our homework?" I asked.

Drake: "you said you were going to come up and play ping pong," he stated back.

Kasey: "no he didn't." the audience laughs.

Josh: "I said no such thing." he inquired.

Kasey: "told you so." I tell the audience.

Drake: "so what, you coming up?" he asks.

Kasey: "nope." I said, very quietly.

Josh: "no!, I'm studying!" he tells him now.

Drake: "okay I get first serve-" he says to Josh.

Josh: "what is wrong with you?!" he yelled back then hung up again.

Kasey: "I have no idea." Josh smiled at me.

Josh: "I mean I do pretty well in chemistry you know, and it's not like my strongest subject, and- and this test tomorrow counts for a huge percentage of our grade and-" he is cut off again by his phone ringing, he answered it. "will you quit calling me?!" he demanded angrily.

Drake: "ping pong time!" he yelled back at Josh.

Josh: "no!" he yelled back at Drake again.

Kasey: "leave us alone!" I yelled at Drake through the end of Josh's phone.

Drake: "come on." he says a bit more softly.

Josh: "I get the good paddle," he adds in.

Kasey: "no you don't babe." I tell him now.
