The team descended into the depths, their scuba suits providing them with the necessary oxygen to explore the underwater temple. Merlin attempted to use his magic to open the massive doors blocking their path, but to no avail. The ancient stone seemed unmoved by his efforts, stubbornly resisting his magical touch.

As they searched for another way to enter the temple, Frosty's keen eyes caught sight of a keyhole hidden amidst the intricate carvings on the door. Before he could investigate further, a muffled shout drew his attention, and he turned to see Emblue and Boxy trapped in the clutches of a monstrous Etherian.

Aqualith, the brother of their old adversary Malgazar, loomed before them, his massive form radiating power and malice. The Vascrunch, horrified by the sight, could only watch as their friends were squeezed in agony by the merciless grip of their foe.

Acting quickly, Frosty sprang into action, launching himself at Aqualith with a Paralyzing Punch. The icy blow staggered their opponent, buying them precious moments to regroup and plan their next move. But Aqualith was not so easily defeated, retaliating with a barrage of rock projectiles manipulated by his elemental abilities.

Merlin, caught in the crossfire, was struck down by one of the projectiles, his body colliding with the ancient gate with a sickening thud. Frosty, undeterred by the danger, pressed on, confronting Aqualith with determination in his eyes.

"Why are you doing this?" Frosty demanded, his voice tinged with anger and frustration.

Aqualith laughed, a cold, heartless sound that sent shivers down their spines. "I hold the key to unlocking the treasure hidden within this temple," he declared. "Once I have it in my possession, I will shatter it into a million pieces, ensuring that no one will ever be able to challenge us again!"

Frosty's resolve hardened, his cyan eye blazing with determination as he unleashed his signature move, Sonic Submission. But Aqualith easily deflected the attack, his immense strength overwhelming their efforts.

With a mighty squeeze of his hand, Aqualith cast Frosty aside like a rag doll, sending him crashing to the ocean floor next to the fallen Merlin. The Vascrunch, known as Vortex, watched in horror as his new allies were defeated one by one, their courage no match for the overwhelming power of their foe.

But as Aqualith prepared to deliver the final blow, Vortex steeled himself for battle. Drawing upon his inner strength, he unleashed a devastating attack, channeling dark energy into a swirling vortex of power that engulfed their opponent.

"The Last Warrior of the Vile Vascrunches bows to no one!" Vortex roared, his voice echoing through the depths of the ocean. "I will not stand idly by while you threaten innocent lives!"

The force of Vortex's assault was enough to weaken Aqualith significantly, forcing him to retreat in defeat. As the dust settled, Vortex approached the fallen heroes, offering them potions to heal their wounds.

Grateful for his assistance, the team thanked Vortex for his bravery and courage. With the key in hand, they approached the massive doors once more, ready to unlock the mysteries that lay beyond and continue their quest for the legendary weapons of the Coal of Combat.
